Today I visited Rancho Market Kearns and I had the most bitter experience with one of the cashiers named Nidia, she was so rude that she even told me that I had to pack my own items, since I took some bags because she was putting me overweight products and got upset, and I asked? you're not going to help me? and she told me don't do it yourself since you are being nosy in doing things, and she added we can't be giving out too many bags, it's prohibited. I don't understand why she took that attitude since I explained to her that the bags didn't have to be heavy, because I have surgery and she didn't really care, so if she is there doing a job for which she is giving a service she should be somewhere else if she is not happy helping people with that attitude, she should not be in that position I think she is not a good fit for that company

The restaurant in the store has an extremely rude cashier who had so much attitude as soon as we were ordering. Then she got our order wrong and charged four times what we order and refused to change the price and give out money back. Very bad customer service, I would not recommend eating there.

I do not recommended this rancho market never has the things I need not enough cashiers it’s always to pack because it is small store. The rancho market in salt lake way better then the one on kearns.
