This is a zero star review.
You need to change the general message on your Mountain America phone line. The message specifically says that a public notary is available at every branch for members and nonmembers. No appointment necessary. Please tell me why I take my 84 year old to your branch to take advantage of your notary and there is no notary there?
Do you know how inconvenient that was for me and my dad?
Very disappointed. I am a member at MACU. I used to be proud of your great service.
