Made an appointment for 4:30pm online. Arrived at 4:30 and signed in. Ended up waiting 30 minutes before I left. Every employee had the same customers for that entire time. What's the point of an appointment if I have to wait?

Visited the branch for a quick withdrawal and the wait time was just under a couple minutes. The agent greeted me, understood my request well and the whole transaction took less than 10 minutes. I will definitely stop by again if I need to, thank you.

Trash bank. They don’t take any deposits without an id? Lmfao wacckkkkkkkk.I even had my work id with social security card and they wouldn’t take that. Any other bank would have. This bank is garbage and low reviews for a reason

Take your hard earned money somewhere else, this location is very unprofessional and cannot be trusted! My 16 year old son went with his dad to deposit his first pay check and almost a week later, nothing no money! And basically they are not helping at all, leaving it to us to fix. Now we have to go through so much hassle and headache to call around to get another check issued. Very very very bad customer service, AVOID THIS BRANCH AT ALL COST!!!!!!!!

Worst Credit Union, worst customer service, worst experience I’ve had in the State of Utah. They have lost countless checks I’ve taken to them over the years. I don’t know if they are racist, thefts or they have no brains. I will be filing a police report because they have taken enough from me. Count your days MACU. Do not go here.
