There are rude, unprofessional and unknowledgable people working here. Peter and his coworker, from whom I did not get his name were absolutely rude. My husband ordered a part and paid in store for which we have a receipt, it was supposed to be shipped. Something went wrong and we didnt receive it but when looking at our autozone account we see that order status shows complete for an instore purchase. We called the store and explained and they said they could not find an incoming order. I explained that i think it was processed incorrecty and asked them multiple times to look up the order by our account number or by the order number. They both refused to try and insisted they couldnt find the order in the upcoming orders. They refused to listen or even be accomodating to fix the issue and their answer was to talk to the other manager but they didnt know when he would be in because he had mentioned possibly being out all week. I ended up having to call corporate who looked up the order by my account and could see that the order was cancelled but they dont think the refund was processed. I am waiting to hear back from a regional manager to ensure the refund was processed and reordering from a store that I know will provide good customer service. Absolutely dissapointing how rude these associates were. I just needed them to make a small effort to look up an order and it was too much work for them to make the effort.

Employee's we're eating when customers in the store.Every employee.When another customer asked a question one lady just pointed in a direction.On top of that there is a cat box smell that doesn't seem to go away.Go to O'reilly's!

Ode to my own stupidity. my battery died on my 2019 honda I asked my niece if she could run my to the parts store the to get it checked and get a new one, had it checked it was bad the guy at the counter helped me was good offered me many options I picked the one I wanted and bought it. got home installed it problem fixed battery works great. parts store was just a couple blocks away and the dealer was miles away not wanting to trouble niece to run me that far I did not ask to go there and in my head dealer no way has to cost more but a couple days later I called the dealer and asked how much a battery was to my surprise it was 90$ cheaper and had a 100 month warranty instead of the 36 I got from the parts store. and yeah kicking myself hard. hope you learn from my mistake :) check the dealer!!!

Store Manager Nathan went above and beyond to help me out. I initially went in to another Auto Zone in Taylorsville for help with my sisters tail light signal on her truck. They did little to nothing to help me. Called complained to the Area Manager and then heard from Nathan a day later to come in to make it right. Not only did he make it right, but his knowledge in what he knows allowed me to fix an issue with tail light I didn’t even know I had. Service was a 10/10

Cancelled a part I ordered without informing me whatsoever. Extremely rude and unwilling to offer a solution. Parts are expensive. I don’t have money to be wasting as much as I wish I did

The worst customer service ever. I called the store at 9:55.... 9:56.... 9:57.... 9:58.... 9:59 i got an answer right before 10:00..... "we're closed"I was standing in front of the store at 10:01... the manager locked up in my face and looked at me like i was nothing... i just needed a drain plug... I'm going to be late for work tomorrow... I know you guys hate your job/life but your lack of empathy has cost me 2 hrs... probably equivalent of your whole days wages...Thanks for absolutely nothing, Vaato-zone and I hope you enjoyed your tv dinners tonight.

Great customer service. They will always try to help you and ensure you get the correct part that fits your car. if for some reason the part does not fit, you can return it for a full refund.
