This branch is amazing and Michelle Carlow makes this branch my go to. She greets people by name and is very personable and makes you feel welcomed as soon as you walk in. They have policies in place to protect both the costumer and the branch. If you’re simply asked to remove your hat/classes for a moment, it is the policy and there for a reason.

So here's the deal, the bank is actually pretty good, the service is great and they are patient and considerate of any transaction you do, my sister works here and she says they work hard as they go through bank training, it's also generally pretty peaceful, I did a transaction here and they were fast, honestly can't complain.

I came in Friday morning to transfer money from my account to another members account. I was told by the young lady working there that they no longer offer that service in store, which seemed outlandish to me. She couldn’t explain how long this policy had been in place and when I asked to speak to a manager, the teller told me the manager couldn’t help me out either. I went to another location and they where able to help me out thankfully. I’d suggest training your people a bit more and making sure they’re giving customers proper resources not just saying “oh there’s nothing I or the manager can do for you”. What should have been a five minute errand turned into.a half an hour because of poorly trained staff.

Tiana and Sam!! You both are Angels and so patient and kind. I needed someone last week to be there to hear me and listen and truly care about my situation.Both of you beautiful women stepped up to the plate and were so amazing! Answering all my questions may it have been over the phone and or in person!Ammity thank you for taking my call today and for just listening when I was trying to get Christmas cards your way for these ladies. I have banked with America First since I was 2006, done every car loan through them. Was employed with Utah First and after all of the employee discounts and passing up a 1.99% rate for a vehicle loan, I still prefer America First. America First is on point with customer service and it is consistent no matter if on the phone, in branch, or through the secure message center.
