Vini isn’t good. Not one bit. Seemed to be in a rush and I didn’t get any information when opening up a bank account. He gave me my debit card and told me to sign something. nothing else. No pin. No account number , nothing. Me personally , I would recommend to make an appointment with Andrea. She always makes sure her customers leave with all the information they need. She’s very sweet and does an WAYYYY better job than vini.

Thank you to Caleb for counting my daughter’s change! This branch doesn’t have a coin machine. They will not take change unless they are rolled up. We just had a few days before Christmas. My 9 year old wanted to exchange her money for dollars to go Christmas shopping. I didn’t know this bank didn’t have a coin machine or their policy for change. I was really surprised when they refused to take our change. So I wasn’t very happy. Caleb saw my frustration and decided to take his time out to count my daughter’s change. So I just wanted to say THANK YOU! This guy deserves to be employee of the month.

My husband and I both have car loans through them unfortunately. I just got a letter saying that my husband's payment is past due though he has seen payment come out every month. Last time I talked to them I set up my payment on autopay and then they called me the other day saying that I am not on auto-pay and then I owe a huge chunk of money. They wait a few months to call you and notify you that your payments aren't going through or aren't made. That way they can add fees on top of it. As far as I knew I had $200 going out every month and now they've upped it to $300 because I haven't been paying which I didn't know. They are sneaky and criminal. They lack communication skills and they are disorganized as this has happened a few times that automatic payment hasn't gone through

Had a Christmas bonus check they refused to cash, because I'm not a member even though the check was with them. I tried to pull money off a prepaid card and they refused that as well. If Wells Fargo was open I would have went there but they close at noon Saturday. Keep your money under a mattress don't fund institutions that can't do the work

1. Applied and submitted an application online2. had to wait on the phone for over 3 hours to get to know since you don't live on the West coast you don't qualify. There's nno mention on the application that you must live in cetain areas.3. now I have a credit inquiry which only they can remove but not wiling to unfortunately and now credit score will drop by few points.same cycle of higher interest rate. they want to make sure you keep working all your life to pay higher interest rates.

I agree with the review on how they discriminate against Caucasian customers. I went in to take care of my recently deceased family members affairs, so I could pay their bills. Both the young man and the manger were so rude and uncompassionate to the needs of both the deceased and myself that I will never walk in that branch or do business with America First again.I am so sorry I am Caucasian and a widow of along time customer of yours and you had to get stop doing your nails and help me. But you won’t be seeing me again except in court.

I absolutely love my bank. AFC is probably the best experience I've ever had with any bank or credit union. They helped me dispute a purchase and issues me a working card within ten min and Ive never had any issues since the creation of my account. I have no idea why it's ranked 3*, as in my opinion it's 6*. Thanks you guys!

I have banked with America first since my account from my grandparents turned over to me in 2000 , but this branch in particular in kearns has GOT TO BE THE WORST MANAGEMENT EVER!!!! numerous times have been told new policies come into place when just two days ago they weren't. Some of the tellers have this holier then tho attitude and most of them are d*** 19 to 20 year olds! So if you bank at this particular branch I would suggest finding a new one. Management needs to be redone and new need employees with some respect!

My parents opened an account for me as a youth when I got my first job I've NEVER had a bad experience at this credit union or any of the AMFCU branches. The staff has always greeted me with a smile helped me with disputes (like when doordash failed to deliver my purchase and even temporarily put the credit on my account while it resolved-most places will not do this). I have through them been able to purchase more than 4 vehicles dating back from 1999 my first car to most recently 2021 my bigger family vehicle without any issues. I recently had fraudulent use on my debit card and walked in their lobby February 2022 and walked out with a card in less than 15 minutes. I've dealt with on the phone customer service and in person and have never had a bad experience. I've gone in to use the coin machine for my child to start his savings account because it's been such a positive experience for me. I've also gone in for notary signature thank you Cory. ?? thank you AMFCU and your staff for a wonderful experience everytime for over 20 yr I look forward to many more not only for my self but the next generation (my child).
