Tired of playing musical gas pumps since they are always broken. Key pad doesn’t work on one. Card reader doesn’t work on the other. Screens are sun damaged so they are unreadable etc. It’s time to upgrade and replace your pumps.Take a little pride in your store please.

Wow I know the owner of this location and he owns many 7-11 around S.L.C. He seems like a nice guy but his employees at the stores are absolutely horrible in every one of the stores. They are constantly on their phone speaking is 1,000 miles a minute, absolutely not acknowledging the customers as they come in to pay! I came in to get a big bite tonight and went to put onions on my hot dog, there were so many fruit flies and gnats all swarming around that area of the "fresh condiments" that I wanted to ask for my money back but of course, the guy was paying no attention and not understanding any English so I just said to hell with even trying!!! tha I threw it in the garbage as soon as I left because that was absolutely nasty as ever! You really need to check into that with this location on 6200s 4900w because that is absolutely uncalled for & AGAINST ALL HEALTH CODES!!!!!

I love the staff that works here I usually go in pretty late on my way home from work around midnight to 2am and they are super friendly very helpful and go out of there way to make sure I am able to get the items I need there is a guy there I don't know his name but he's always there and there was a blond lady as well havent seen here in a min I think being short staffed is hard on workers so hopefully they both stay makes it a nice way to end the night with people that are there to help you and greet you with a smile and say have a good night..
* New hire shirt girl with long brown hair first time I had the pleasure to meet her unwelcoming attitude she appeared to be irritated at something I felt like I was at McDonald's for a min she gave me attitude from the second I set my stuff on the counter scanned my stuff grabbed my money like I stole it from her so I looked at her and I said thank you she didn't look at me nor did she acknowledge that I said anything she then pretty much threw my change at me and asked if I wanted a bag ... I said yes I'll bag it myself so you can get back to your pizza ( she had one in her hand when I walked up to the counter).. she tossed 2 bags at me and moved on to the next guy...
... So ya I see her in there I'll just drive the other way... There is enough negative energy every where that to end my night with attitude with a person like that um rather not thanks!!
* Just saying Hi and how's your day could change someone's day even if you don't care ... PLEASE DON'T WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE IF YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT PEOPLE...

I went after work on Sunday morning early around 4am. The doors were tied together and the guy said that he was closed. 711 never closes. I used to work there and there's no reason to be closed! I would have put no stars but then I couldn't put a message to everyone!!
This employee should be written up for doing this!
This is not the first time.
I have never seen this before! That's the whole reason to go to 711 because they never are closed!
Please management do something to correct this employee from do this in the future!
Thanks for nothing this morning!
