Bunch of time wasters. Only go here if you want your time wasted and blood pressure elevated. They were great before the remodel. Not sure what happened.

Took awhile to make it threw the line. Not as good as the older staff before the remodel. I prefer the Layton branch on Gentile street but seems like all the Wells Fargo have gone down hill in service over the last few years

I couldn't believe a teller (Kaysville Branch) asked me to spit my gum out because she didn't like the way I was chewing it! When someone works with the public they need to keep their personal thoughts and remarks to themselves. That's called being polite andprofessional. This woman was so used to saying anything that popped in her head. Her narcissistic personality made me never go inside that branch again.

Horrible horrible horrible customer service. Waited on money to be transferred in for over a month now and everyday they keep saying it’ll be here tomorrow, and it still hasn’t showed up. Customer service is horrible. The manager here is liar and has a horrible attitude. They’re a bunch of frauds.Update : said they mailed out a check a week ago and still haven’t gotten it ?? how lovely! Frauds.

Been with this group for years due to the hassle of changing online accounts to someone else and in hopes they may improve their services, but it only gets worse. Can’t pull your own cash out when you need itCan’t add a spouse to your accountAvailable staff unable to answer why and can’t contact anyone for any real answers without setting up a follow up appointment.

This bank really is terrible. Whenever I spend money on the weekend it doesn’t ever charge my account until when the bank is open. And on top of that your checks won’t even process until the next day(other banks like capital one process in like 3 hours). Just done with delayed charges. They are old and outdated

I love the staff at this branch. Everyone knows my name, and I know theirs, by sight. They always do whatever they can to help.

My Father and I just had a VERY positive experience with Daniel Grimm at the Kaysville Branch of Wells Fargo. We needed to upgrade an existing account due to some fees that we were getting. I had spoken with Customer Service many times and tried to resolve my issues with the Layton Wells Fargo and both experiences ended in frustration. Today Daniel Grimm at the Kaysville Wells Fargo took care of the problem easily, was very polite, refunded all the fees, and said if we had any other concerns to call him directly. I was geared up for a long drawn out complicated unsatisfactory experiences, but was pleasantly surprised that it was quick, easy and exactly what we were hoping for in terms of end result. Thank you Thank you Daniel Grimm!

The worse bank I've ever been in contact with. Everyone I've talked to that has banked with them shares the same feelings. Never will I step foot on another wells Fargo property.

The most friendly helpful staff I have seen. The manager himself came out to greet me.

Drive through teller told me that my debit card was going to be deactivated since it didn't have a chip in it. She asked me to come inside to speak to a banker to get it fixed. I did not have the time and had a toddler with me at the time and stated I would take care of it another time. When I called Wells Fargo directly they told me that the information the teller gave me was incorrect. They do not deactivate any card before its expiration date unless it's compromised. She stated that my card is in good standing so there was no reason to be worried about the card being deactivated. She stated that my card would not be deactivated until the expiration date in 2017. It is not appropriate to instill concern/fear in your customers by telling them their card is going to be 'randomly' deactivated soon unless you come in to the lobby and see a banker. Absolutely ridiculous. Just another reason to slowly move my banking to my Credit Union.

I took out a loan from Wells Fargo after talking to the bankers at this branch. If anyone at a Wells Fargo bank tells you that you will not have to pay interest on a student lone until after you graduate, they are LYING. (Yes, I am extremely ticked off at this right now.) I had to pay almost a hundred dollars of interest when I payed off the student loan and when I explained that I was not informed about the interest--and was, in fact, told that I would not have interest until after graduation--the manager of the loan office LECTURED me about a business having to earn money--do NOT take out a loan through these lying, deceitful jerks! (Note--it has been an alright experience in basic checkings and savings accounts through Wells Fargo, but the fact that I had to literally pay for being misinformed by this branch REALLY ticks me off!)
