I did not have a good experience here. I should have gone to the Verizon store on Antelope in Layton. I came in to add a new line and it took them two months to finally get me service to our phones and the plan set up with Verizon. I ended up having to give them three different phones, because I was pressured into getting two new phones including the new line. I was told a trade in would qualify when it really did not. They also promised me a credit which I have not seen. And now my texts are being ignored.
I should have just gone to a real Verizon store. I have been a Verizon customer for over 13 years and this experience almost made switch to a different phone carrier. Good luck to you if you choose to go here.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. My husband went in looking to see if they had a replacement cord for our internet box thay we could buy since our cat ate through our cord (it's verizon internet) the guys seem bothered he was even in there and wouldn't even look up from his computer screen to have a normal conversation. The lack of customer service at this location is insane. Please go to any other verizon store aside from this one. They'll be more helpful.

Caden was so helpful. It was about 2 weeks after we got new phones and I needed to make sure that auto pay was set up correctly. Caden helped me and was awesome! About a month later, I needed more help because the teacher discount page had an issue. He, again helped me through it. He called the support staff person who Caden said was the most helpful person he had ever worked with with, and we still couldn’t get it worked out. Caden then helped me with ID me again and it worked. I between my visits with Caden I’d stopped by to get help and the guy working that day didn’t give me the time of day so I came back when Caden was working!!!! He is amazing, so helpful, a problem solver and doesn’t give up!!!! Thank you Caden at the Kaysville Verizon store!!!!
