We had a notary appointment that had been scheduled for over a week and received email reminders for. When we got to the store and said we had an appointment, they said the notary had been out sick for a few days, but we didn’t receive any communication saying our appointment had been canceled. When we asked what we should do, they were very unhelpful and did not try assisting us in any way. When we asked about other locations, they recommended we go to the Layton location because they have a notary that works there, but when we called that location to confirm, they said they wasn’t any notary that was staffed there. Very terrible experience overall due to the lack of communication and bad customer service.

Helpful and friendly workers and fast Amazon returns. Variety of services offered at this location. Would recommend calling ahead if you plan on getting passport pictures here just because depending on the time there can be a few people ahead of you needing different things.

Every experience I have had with this UPS store deserves 5 stars. They go out of the way to be helpful and they are always friendly and kind. The lines are short or move fast so it is my favorite UPS store.

I had a very large scan job that I was worried couldn't be handled by this store. I was pleasantly surprised! The entire team was wonderful. Will helped get the job done as quickly as possible. He was knowledgeable and responsive to my requests. I will definitely be returning to the Kaysville UPS for my future printing/scanning/shipping needs!

It's great every once in awhile. One of the employees was super rude when I didn't realize my return was for USPS, not UPS. She acted like I was stupid for not noticing, but every other return I do is to the UPS store. The customer service there is always not that friendly. I don't plan on going back unless it's the last option.

This is the quickest, easiest place to drop off Amazon returns. The employees are efficient and friendly, and in all the times I’ve been there I’ve never had a problem!

After several visits to this store, this store repeatedly fails to improve their service. Several employees seem to wander about and only operate one of the two stations without appearing to notice long lines stacking up waiting to be helped.
