Miserably sick, with only one option to pick up my prescription. I have to go and get it myself. It’s getting late, I know it’s not a 24 hour pharmacy and as I pull up I get nervous. Quickly search the location that says it closes at 8 pm on week days. PHEW, with 15 minutes to spare. I am not dressed, in a night gown. I pull up to the window to find it closed. NOWHERE is it stated that the window will be closed before the pharmacy itself, not even ON the window. In a last effort to avoid going inside I try to call the number to see if I can get someone to service there. To no avail, I end up parking and going in, mortified to say the least. And miserable, still. I wait my turn in a line of 3-4 people, and finally get up to counter. I ask the attendant if it is normal for the window to be closed before they’re supposed to? He immediately gets a defensive attitude and says something about the amount of people working at the time. Um? Not my problem. If you’re open until 8, you should be staffed until you close. I stated it would be helpful to have that information handy to the customers looking for service here, he said “most people that come here are regulars and they know that, now you know”. After asking another question, he quickly dismisses it and says “so can I help you?” Like I am the one burdening him. Just a friendly PSA, don’t expect courteous operations or staff when dealing with this pharmacy. How frustrating since we literally live across the street and this is the most sensible location for me and my family. I don’t think I’ll be back, unless a matter of pure convenience. Good luck!

Smiths pharmacy promises the same low quality experience of most chains. Long lines, constant medicine shortages, and ever changing billing amounts for the same drugs on same insurance. Today topped it off though… I scheduled for a vaccine shot through their website, the only way to actually get one any more as walk ins were stopped. I showed up for appointment today to be told they’re out of the vaccine. What incompetence to allow customers to schedule when out of stock in the first place. Regardless you’d think once realized they’d have the common sense to call customers to reschedule. As my time is clearly not as valuable to Smiths as my money is, I’ll happily go elsewhere for any of grocery / gas / pharmacy needs as there are plenty of options.

They are the worst pharmacy I have ever gone to. They will be MONTHS out of things and not inform you. Then act as though the lack of these medications aren’t a big deal. They have no once fulfilled a prescription fully. There is always an issue. Go to Smiths pharmacy in Kaysville. They actually have their act together.

Went in to grab a few things and there was line of people trying to pay for their items while the majority of the cashier lines were closed. So now this Kroger owned company not only wants their customers to ring up their own purchase, they want you to wait in line because they are to cheap to hire more cashiers. So I left my partially filled cart and drove down the street to A Fresh Market and didn't have to wait in line, and actually saved money because they are cheaper than Smiths.

Love this pharmacy. They are always helpful… especially finding a lower price on meds if available.

Do not use this pharmacy. Inaccurate filling of prescriptions and accept prescriptions when they don’t have the medicine to fill them and won’t notify you in advance

No cashiers in the morning, only self checkout which takes twice as long cause I'm not familiar with there operating system cause I don't work there.
