Got a top-end system from them, Joe worked with me over multiple calls to make sure the system was exactly what I needed, and Keith was very flexible in negotiating a payment plan. They have a wonderful warranty and I cannot think of a single reason to go with anyone else. I'll be recommending them to anyone who asks me about building a system. Beyond 5 stars.

I can't thank PRIME SYSTEMS enough. I went in with an old miserable laptop with files I needed to take off before retiring it. I was frustrated with my problem, but these guys fixed it on the spot. I'm so deeply grateful, and highly recommend PRIME SYSTEMS! .

This business is an excellent example of professionalism and customer service. Keith and his team stand behind their computers, even years later. I bought several computers from Prime, the latest a computer to use in the Middle East for humanitarian work in some of the toughest environment you can imagine. The Lenovo computer they recommended performed perfectly (even in dust, hot weather, etc.) When I recently returned to the USA, my PC camera did not work. I took the computer in and the Prime tech discovered a Microsoft "update" (which I had not requested or given permission to MS to download!) had shut down my camera. The Prime tech reloaded the original drivers and fixed the problem -- which had been created by Microsoft, not Prime! I will never buy a computer from anybody else.

I Wanted to give prime systems 10 star rating butt 5 star rating will have to do. Not only do they care about their customers and employees. But they educate people and personally. I want to say that the owner and staff went above and beyond to help myself get A PC I have never owned. A Computer before, this would be my first pc and they took. The time and went through the whole entire process of how a run the computer and have been great. Please go see them given me your business

I can go "on-and-on" about the quality of their hardware, and how they build great systems, and their prices were/are competitive, and blah, blah, blah... It's nothing you haven't heard before and could be said of a lot of different places.However, this company is incredible because they care. Everyone there is extremely helpful and is willing to spend any, or all, parts of their day to make sure you get exactly what you needed. I'm positive they won't stop until they've done everything they can to take care of you. Joe is an incredible system designer/builder and is wonderfully knowledgeable about computers (and a great deal of many other things I imagine). Keith is the very definition of customer service and has taught that invaluable trait to everyone working for him. I'm not related to anyone there, and I've only known them over the last three years as it relates to the computers I've purchased, but I can tell you, from one small business owner to another (or anyone else), that these are the kinds of people you want to partner with. And I mean that in any of the usual, wholesome, non-sexual ways...though I'm sure they're more than competent in that arena as well.Giving the cliche "10 out of 5 stars". I can't imagine any scenario where you regret choosing Prime Systems.

Seriously, these guys rule. I can't believe how honest they are. The quality of their advice as well as turn around time was exceptional. I thought I would get hosed for sure, it took hours to troubleshoot my computer. I was sure it was going to cost me as much as a new computer. Joe is a freakin' Wizard when it comes to figuring out your issues and is very conscientious in keeping you up-to-date on what's happening so you have complete confidence in the process. I would (and will) recommend these guys to everyone - how refreshing.

My wife and I went in to talk with the owner Keith about getting quotes for computers and trade-ins; Was very understanding and respectful. We will be going back to him in the future for all of our computer needs. We also love supporting local business especially when they are amazing at what they do.

This morning I sat down to work on my computer, but my computers power button wasn’t working. I took my computer to Prime and within the first moment of walking in I was greeted and they got to work! They fixed it within 30 minutes. So fast, friendly, and efficient! So grateful for them!

I got my Asus gamer laptop through Prime Systems a couple of years ago, and Keith has been great to work with. He's understanding if you don't have the total amount up front, and is willing to do payment plans as long as he's kept in the loop about what is going on
