Purchasing and having carpet installed by Johnson’s Carpet was fast and easy. I went down to their store, picked out carpet, had the area measured, an estimate given, and carpet laid in less than a week. The owners were friendly, responsive, and flexible when my schedule changed. I will definitely be back with future carpet needs.

Awesome experience inside the store getting things set up. When it comes to installation.....it is a NIGHTMARE. They first asked us if we could do it sooner (which was great) then they didn't even show up and called at like 6pm to see if they still could come over after telling us afternoon. Then the day we schedule for install, only 1 guy shows up at 12:30ish and leaves at 5 saying he will be back at 8 or 9 am and doesn't even show up until after 12:30 the next day... not a great ending experience.

Great carpet and flooring options however the contractors they go through are not favorable.Not only did they crack pieces of the side trim and broke it inside of our new house they left glue on the carpet on the stairs that we found weeks later from installing. The communication is not what it should be and we felt like the owner we spoke to during this process was not helpful but made us feel more like a burden to her and just an order number than an actual customer. However the others we spoke to were incredibly kind. This was just my personal opinion and experience. Poor serviceUpdate 9/3/22 we wanted to use same flooring they said it would take months to get the products in found the same thing a few blocks away exact floors within 6 days in our hands.

Absolutely the best carpet place in Utah. Don’t waste your time anywhere else. We have been remodeling our entire home in stages over the last three years. We’ve had four different carpet contractors including Johnson’s.Huge difference. They showed up exactly when they said they will. They did a great job, they were super helpful in finding us the best carpet for the best price.The experience we had with them was just so different than every other carpet contractor that we had to leave a review. It was textbook five star in every part of the transaction. Seriously, don’t take a risk on these big companies with a fancy show room. These guys have a huge selection and can get anything and they do what they say they will do!!!

Exceptional experience. Very friendly people. Great family-owned place. They got our carpet in super quickly because if a cancellation they had. Will definitely be using them again. They were cheaper than Home Depot too.

Love our new carpet from Johnson’s carpet in Kaysville. They were so easy to work with. The carpet was better quality and less expensive than other places we looked. It feel so good on my feet. Even the dogs love it! Very highly recommended! Thank you!

They did an amazing job on our baby’s nursery! It was also very affordable. Our baby is 6 months now and it is just the perfect peaceful room for him! Everyone who sees the room compliments the carpet! We love it! Thank you so much for everything! We will be back when we are finishing the carpet in the basement.

After finishing our basement 3 yrs ago we had searched and had several estimates for the best price for the carpet we wanted. We chose Johnson carpet they did such a great job and their price couldn’t be beat we used them again last week for the rest of our house. And again we were not disappointed the owners are very friendly and professional the installer as well!!! They did a fast and awesome job you can’t see any seams anywhere they did 4 rooms, formal room and living room I highly recommend Johnson carpet!!
