Three of my vehicles paid for the car wash. Me and two of my friends. The car wash had no soap and no conditioner. It is definitely broken. We have video proof of each wash not working properly on our phones. The cashier could not give us refunds or free car wash vouchers. The cashier said the manager would not pick up the phone. I have left my cell phone number and a detailed description of what happened with the cashier. This is Friday night 11/4/22 at 5:50 p.m. I will change my review when the manager gets ahold of me andthe situation gets rectified and if this issue goes without being taken care of, I will be getting ahold of the owner and or corporate.This is my regular car wash location. I chose this wash regularly because of the good colorful soap. I know how it is supposed to be running. I really hope this situation gets handled promptly.

Ryan is super helpful. I was on a road trip with friends. Our rental car was running low on engine oil. We still have 200+ more miles to go and it was almost midnight that day. I saw some oils on the shelf and walked into the mart. He gave advice and even helped checking the oil level and filled it up for us who know nothing about car & engine T^T. This is totally beyond expectation and it took away all of our worries and fear. Thank you so much!

Ryan the cashier was impeccable with service, and friendly as a lark. I was having a tough day and he turned my frown upside down and I smiled all the way. He had an insane amount of product knowledge and used his head and his heart to provide what could be called nothing less than the best service I've yet to encounter at a gas station in this short existence.

I went in to grab a small can of worms, some ice, and a couple of drinks. The girl with the tattoos on her face has a terrible attitude. Pretty sure she’s new because normally it is Lawrence is there and is absolutely amazing. I prefer him because he is always providing great service and even knows m by name I come in so often. However the girl with the face tattoos refused to sell me worms because she didn’t know which “button” to push. Just enter in the amount. Then she accused me of “stealing” and said she would report me when I obviously wasn’t stealing anything. What a joke. I would honestly change this to a 5 star review if I found out she doesn’t work there anymore because of the last 6 years of great service from Lawrence.
