“It could be a great place the dog wash was clean & well kept but both times I went there the shampoo & other supplies were empty & the vacuum didn’t work so well but I always bring my own shampoo & conditioner as well as other supplies. The temperature of the water was warm throughout the duration of the bath & the dryer was excellent both temperature & air flow were great. The price was very reasonable & affordable Johnny’s Pet & Car Wash is my favorite place”

“This location has a true high flow SPOT FREE rinse. This is a must have when using a self serve bay like this and doing a touchless wash. Since a touchless wash method always leaves begind a small film of dirt on the car, being able to spot free rinse the car and let it air dry after is a huge bonus. I only use these self serve bays in the winter when it's too cold to wash at home. The spot free rinse is a MUST have requirement.
I don't use the touchless drive thru bay cause my car is ceramic coated and I don't want the high acid soaps to erode the coating. But the self serve bay has all you need to be able to spray off heavy dirt then finish with a spot free rinse.”
“Super disappointed. I have never had issues here and have always recommended it so I told my elderly mom to take her car there. The auto wash she chose stopped without rinsing her car and wouldn’t start again so she tried again and it did it a second time. She then ended up having to try to rinse her car in the manual bay but couldn’t do it very good because she has to use a walker. She tried to call the number off google and it says it’s a bad number. I guess I won’t be going back there.
** edit I misunderstood my mom she did not have to use the manual wash just the brush wash twice and the touchless wash once to rinse her vehicle.

“We have wash cards for our trucks so I frequently use Mortys 90% of the time it's clean so big plus . On site attendant another plus free vacuum, plus and Rags if your an early bird . My only complaint is that my favorite bay doesn't have a long enough hose for the brush but I am washing a big truck. But if you guys were awesome you would do a longer brush stick and hose in the manual bay closest to the office..”

“Best touchless car wash with an underbody spray. No nasty tire shine like alot of other places use either. Did a better job than tunnel washes I've used. I will definitely be back.
However, not all car washes are perfect and I did have two complaints with this system that I think you should be aware of.
1. The spotless rinse doesn't rinse the car well enough and I still had alot of water spots on my car that I had to wipe off when I got home before they etched into the paint. While the system is a true spot free rinse, it doesn't quite soak the car well enough with the spot free to get all the hard water off. As is evident by the photos I have attached. I found additional little water all along other parts of the car too. I think if they could program the machine to do a second spot free rinse or pour out a heavier amount of spot free water, it would help immensely with the water spotting.
The rear trunk of my suv had the worst water spotting. But I think what i might do is after the touchless bay, go use the spot free rinse at the self serve bay to get the areas that the machine doesn't hit well. An extra step, but worth it for my peice of mind if not having to track down every little water spot with a quick detailer once I get home.
2. As can be seen in the photo of my windshield, as I was pulling out of the bay, the machine was dripping what I presume is the clearcoat protectant and left this sticky residue all over the car where it dripped. So just be aware that you might need to go back and wipe that stuff off before it permanently dries to your car.”

“This place is great! I needed my tires filed with air and find that most gas stations don’t have well calibrated machines. This one was great and had a better filling attachment. There are also plenty of vacuums, car wash stalls and even has a pet wash and interior carpet cleaning system. I also appreciate the vending machines with the car supplies. I will definitely be coming here again!”
“I appreciate the employees doing what they can for other peoples vehicles and showing respect. I wish the kids who work there could get more tips so they would love their job more. It’s taken me so long to get the car of my dreams and I want to show my appreciation to them for not scratching it. But please help me when I pull in to make sure I don’t scratch my rims trying to line my tire up into the track. It’s a hill to get up into the track so I can’t see over my hood. And please know that being young is only for a minute and you’ll be old like me soon with a mortgage and car payment that you basically have to have with the devil to get. So be kind to peoples cars bc some of us love our cars more than the people we have in our homes.”

“Amazing customer service! Accidentally vacuumed up a wedding ring, called the help number and they picked up almost instantly! Within 5 minutes of the call one of the owners was there and helped us go through the vacuum bag and find it! He was so kind and helpful, amazing service!”
“I am so picky about how clean my car is. I don't do monthly passes at car washes because they haven't wow'd me. Velocity has. I've been with them close to two years now. The staff at both Clinton & the one on Antelope Drive are the best. They're all always so nice & they always greet you with a smile.
I got a new car a few months ago & of course something is going to happen. I went through the wash in Clinton & when I started drying my car, I noticed I had damage from the wash. I reported it to the staff. They were so nice, documented everything, & took pictures. I honestly thought they would tell me they weren't liable & weren't going to fix it. Steve called me a couple days later. He sent me to get a quote, still I thought for sure they wouldn't cover it. Once Steve got the quote, he let me know Velocity would cover the full cost. The shop he sent me to was fantastic & they did great work too. My car is back in one piece just as it was before. Once again, proving why Velocity is the only car wash that gets my business. Others are closer to my house but both Velocity in Clinton & on Antelope Drive will be the only car washes I will go to for many years to come. Thanks for standing by your product & the friendly, great service every single time.”

“Well maintained clean wash bays. I haven't tried the automatic wash but I would imagine it's the same. It seems like there is always someone on sight to maintain the place and probably help in any way they could.”
