RUN DO NOT USE! A young man named Hyrum told me they have closed the business and a former co-worker/partner is using this site to accept jobs "under the table" and they weren't aware of it. This could ruin your day as it did mine:I spoke with "Connor" and scheduled the move date (for late July), day before move date received and signed their paperwork. Day of move they no-showed. I called in the morning (we were moving a business and had a lot to coordinate; desks, copiers, furniture I.T.), and "Hyrum" said he thought they we on their way. Hour or so later I call again, no answer. I called throughout the day and no answer for the rest of the day. I thought that strange. So, I call from a co-workers cell phone and...voila! Hyrum answers. Strange, I let him know it was me on the phone and had asked why no answer throughout the day and why the no show etc.He proceeds to tell me that Best of the West Movers isn't in business anymore and if I spoke with a guy named "Connor" that was and old employee and he's working under the table without their knowledge (by putting his cell phone on the website)... yada yada yada. Either they're totally shut down or Hyrum is a con and didn't know how to handle an utter service failure; if the former run, if the latter, he's a liar and you wouldn't want to work with c company like that.I have never left a sharp lengthy negative review like this (my time is too important), but this one I think is necessary if I could help spare anyone else from a awful situation.

Not sure how this place operates. Never had a call answered or responded to. No response from an email quote request either.

No-show and poor communication. The time that I had scheduled to move came and went with no movers showing up and no communication. We had to call repeatedly to find out what was going on. When we finally got a hold of Hyrum he said his employees did not show up and that he was attempting to find others. I can understand employees not showing up, but the time to let your customer know is as soon as you know, not just letting the scheduled time come and go with no response. When I called Hyrum back to tell him we found another company and that I would be leaving a bad review he said go ahead, it will fall on deaf ears because he is going out of business...

The movers truly cared about making our moving experience as comfortable as possible for us. Moving can be very stressful, but not with Best of the West Movers. All the movers we dealt with ( hyrum and Jeff) were polite, considerate, thorough, and professional throughout the entire process. i will use you guys in the future and will recommend everyone else to do the same.

Working with the movers was a good and easy experience. Even with all the stuff I had them move they seemed to be really professional and great quality. Jayden was especially good to work with and had a really good attitude throughout the Process.
