Not impressed with the customer service. My mistake... I ordered barn door handles not realizing that the handles come in singles not pairs. This is not clarified on the website. I paid the $15 shipping for the first handle. Called customer service and explained that I needed a second handle and asked if I could have the second shipping fee waved. I was told they can’t wave the shipping and if I return the first handle I would get a store credit only. They don’t offer your money back return FYI. After pushing for more info, I got the “umm my manger is in a meeting and I will have to call you back” . Big surprise there was no follow up within a week. It’s not about the 15 dollar shipping...just expecting a little more from a company that I just order several thousand dollars from in barn doors and needed the finishing hardware to complete. I won’t order from them again and if I were you I would consider avoiding if customer service issues were anticipated. . Side note the handles were good quality and as pictured.

I decided to order a barn door for my living room based off a recommendation from a friend. I am highly disappointed. They sent a door with a huge dent in it and refuse to do anything about it. Don’t waste your money.

I have installed a lot of Barn Doors. I have used a lot of different hardware, the client wanted to use this one. The Hardware was ok, not great, nothing special, over priced.The customer service is awkward and challenging... Rustica and Artisan are the same company and customer services - but with different products, accounts, and prices. Making changes to your order, or making returns is very challenging. I had to make 10 calls to them to get a simple pull exchanged - with promises of them calling me back, which never happened to help resolve the problem. You have to send back an item at your own cost, wait for them to process it and credit your account, and then go back in and get the updated item... it makes for a much longer and complicated process than them just being able to credit your account after sending the new product. Anyway, I won't be using them again, or recommending.

We were looking for a modern custom barn door for our bedroom that wouldn't cost thousands of dollars or take forever. I googled custom barn doors and found Rustica. I found the most gorgeous-perfect door, measured the space, filled out all the information on the order form and paid. I didn't even think of googling reviews, but I did after the purchase and became scared because they're all so terrible on yelp. I reached out and they assured me that my door was coming, but also while looking at my measurements, they noticed an error. They alerted me about the error in my measurements and asked if I wanted to fix the order--which I definitely wanted to--thank goodness they noticed this, otherwise the door would not have fit. About two weeks later we received our door and hired a local handyman to install it. It took him a couple hours but it now looks gorgeous and we are obsessed. It's almost like a piece of art. Less than a month from order to install and it is just what we wanted and not too expensive! Will definitely recommend Rustica.

Here in Key West on vacation, came across Roostica and decided to try them. We went with the Sicilian Deep Dish. The pizza was loaded with all kinds of great stuff. Very delicious. We plan to come back next year and this will be place we will definitely eat again.

This is the worst company I've ever purchased product from. They sent the door we purchased without the hardware and without the track, When we were finished renovating our home, And went to hang the door we realized it was an incomplete set. We called to get the piece sent to us and we were told we had to PURCHASE ANOTHER ONE!!!. I'm disgusted with their lack of proper business ethics and complete disconcern for customer service. I urge any and everyone to avoid being ripped off by these crooks. BOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!

I'm surprised about the bad reviews, I've ordered a barn door for our bathroom with excellent service and quality and now just received some cabinet hardware for a little DIY project, again excellent product and quality.

I purchased two barn doors from this company that was highly recommended for parts.I made the mistake and purchased barn doors and the hardware from this company.FYI if your planning to purchase barn doors buy locally. Here's why.My shipment was not complete missing a door to one set and not all the hardware was in the shipment. Had to wait for the doors which showed up with out all hardware so that got shipped the next day and showed up a day later...Instructions are only on line and impossible to reach the company on the weekends.And always was on hold for long periods of time.I did like salesperson though.FYI buyer beware!!

Wish I would have read the reviews first!! Placed an order for over $1,500.00 three days ago. Service rep told me "they couldn't find my order", and that "this is a known issue". The money left my account the first day. It should be easy for them to verify that with their merchant. I also sent them a copy of the confirmation email I got from them with all the order details. Yesterday I emailed the service rep I had been speaking to, and let her know I expected a resolution by the end of the day, or that a manager call me. Neither has happened..

Predrilled track holes spaced 20" apart. Sent wrong instructions with order, had to download correct ones online. Poor design. Rollers do not work with the supplied track stops, runs into the edge of the roller. "Hidden" track case attaches in a very flimsy and difficult manner and does not fully conceal the track stops. Very disappointed, especially at the price point. Ordered with soft close hardware which will not work with the rollers provided, they run into the hardware.

We ordered a custom barn door and hardware that was recommended by the csr that I worked with at Rustica. The door arrived in beautiful condition, however, it took twice as long to receive the door and there was no communication whatsoever from the time that I ordered and paid in full. The hardware was much too large for our door. The handle for the part of the door that was facing the bathroom should have been flush so that the door would close properly. The hardware that I ordered at Rustica's recommendation, would have prevented the door from closing! I spoke to a csr and returned the two items. I received the new handle yet there were no bolts! It took a month to get the new bolts. It has been four months now and I have yet to receive a credit for the items I returned. I call weekly and am told repeatedly that the credit card will be credited right away. They act like I'm inconveniencing them by calling about money they owe me. They are rude and short on the phone. I wish we had never heard of Rustica Hardware.

I did get my refund. After going through and writing reviews on every major review source I got a call, that day and they asked what needed to be done. I said I needed my refund, and they processed it that night and it posted in a couple of days. I would not do business with them again. I do not recommend them to anyone, but I did get refunded.
