We were on our way home to AZ from MT. Our truck had a check engine light issue and appeared to be running very hot. We call Nichole at the shop and she found a way to get us in. Jed gave us a ride to our campground and went back to start looking at our truck. He had to order parts which arrived the next day. He fixed the problem and got us back on the road! So refreshing to find a great repair shop in a time of need. Jed and Nichole ROCK!!!

Had issues with ac after they replaced my radiator. When I asked them about it, they said they would get back to me on it. It took all day with no response so I decided they just didn't really care. But, they called me back the next day and said that they would help me find out if it was negligence on their part, and if so they will make it right. I appreciate the honesty and will add to this review when all is done. Well they followed through with their promise, they simply failed to recharge the freon. But, they didn't just have it charged. They went to the trouble and expense of having the entire system checked, to make sure it was done right, and so I wouldn't have any further issues. This shop is thorough and honest.Thank you Jed, for all you did to make sure I was taken care of properly!!

We were staying in Kanab and managed to get a nail in our tire. Nobody in town could help us. I called Bowman's, and they were able to take us right away!

These guys are awesome! They are a diesel service center that is conveniently located behind the scales on the 89 outside of Kanab who offers repairs on all vehicles both large, and small. They are Knowledgeable, understanding, and happy to help. I highly recommend this shop if you are traveling, or a local looking for reliable mechanics, this is the place!

On our way to Kanab we discovered that the exhaust pipe on our 2007 Motorhome was rusted and disconnected and our flex pipe was ripped. When we got to Kanab, we contacted Bowman's Diesel and described the issues with pictures and the aid of my mechanic Son-in-Law who was caravanning with us. Jed contacted both Tiffin and Freightliner to try and get the part, to no avail. The backup plan was for them to make the piece (with multiple 90 degree 4" pipes). At the end of our 2 weeks there, we took the RV (our home) into Bowman's, got a hotel for the night and they were able to fix it in one day. They were extremely friendly, unexpectedly fast (based on past experience with other shops on the road), and inexpensive. Bowman's is top notch, and the best diesel shop I've had experience with. We were on our way, with minimal down time, the rig drives better than ever and our exhaust brake works better than ever too.Service: Exhaust
