This is the worst post office I have ever dealt with. Every time I have a package, they ALWAYS send it back without ever trying to contact me. They claim the exact same thing every time, "an incorrect address"... I literally couldn't be more exact with the address that is also in big bold letters when you pull up to the address, with the notes "leave the package at the gate". Ups follows the instructions, fed ex follows the instructions, even amazon follows the instructions. But for some reason these corn fed usps workers can only read numbers and not words. This is package number 4 that they have failed to deliver. What a travesty.

Completely incompetent post office that was unable to deliver a priority package. Package was immediately returned without any attempt to deliver to the client.

The absolute worst, most incompetent post office i have ever had to use! They NEVER honor temporary vacation holds, even when handed to them in person, or mail forwarding. I ALWAYS come back to a full mailbox. And THEY DONT CARE!! The entire staff needs some serious retraining.

I'm usrally not one to post or make negitive comments on someone's website specially with having only one or two problems. We have had multiple problems, and I am beyond disappointed in the customer service at Kamas Post office. The worst part is they don't care and won't take responsibility for wrong doings on their part. They have returned mail that was CORRECTLY addressed to my PO Box, these were letters of real importance, at least 4 times that I'm aware of (like paychecks, DMV stickers and who knows what else.) Packages that are addressed to my street address (amazon won't let you enter a PO Box for your address and most of the time it comes UPS or Fed Ex) if it is sent by USPS they just send the package back to sender, instead of doing just a little research and find my PO Box with my name. I've talked to the manager and most of the employees with my frustrations and get nowhere. I can't believe how incompetent this post office is.

I'm so disappointed at this post office every time I have a packages coming in. They dont delivered it to the right place or they deliver others packages to me. They seriously need to get there stuff together.

The Kamas office is the Worst post office ever. Always delivering our mail to the wrong people. No way to contact about issues except going in to the branch. Unwilling to accept responsibility for delivery mistakes when you go in to talk to them. Had to go in three times just to get them to deliver mail to our box in the first place. Losing packages and delivering them to other neighbors instead all the time. The list goes on. If I could quit them I would but if course I have no choice.
