This place used to care about your health but now only cares about making money. It was a wonderful place when Mark Sorenson owned and ran it. His wife rode his coat trails and had ZERO depth to her character.Walkability: Breath taking walking places.Food & drinks: The food tastes good but very unhealthy.

So many nice activities to do in and around the resort. Beautiful paths all around, perfect for family swims and walks with a pup ?

Not sure it’s worth the price. Average rooms. Average food. Didn’t do all the spa and yoga stuff so maybe that’s the draw. The 7am leaf blowing outside the room wasn’t all that conducive to rest and relaxation. Oh and one ice machine for the entire resort located at the entrance and far from most of the rooms? Wow

I was looking for a wellness resort with all activities included, and the option to follow your own schedule. Also a place I would feel safe traveling to independently, as this was my first trip traveling alone. Red Mountain exceeded my expectations. I felt safe at the resort, the food was delicious with a lot of variety, and the staff were very friendly. I did not have the opportunity to plan the activities I was looking to do prior to the trip, and the staff really worked with me to make it all work out. There was a lot of variety of activities mixed with amenities if you didn't want to plan your day around pre-scheduled times....like a morning swim in the indoor heated pool ?. The resort engaged me physically...love the exercise class in the pool and walking around the labyrinth. Also on a personal discovery level as there was so many interesting classes I took. I would definitely love to go back for a longer time period

Tranquil, scenic, and full of adventure. This resort is an all-time favorite of mine. I make every moment count by taking part in the multiple offerings of the resort. The Spa!! It's an entire experience - fabulous. The Activity Center has wonderful classes to enjoy. The Dining Hall never disappoints- except I did miss the vegan breakfast meat options this year. Hiking trails surround the resort, so you can explore a new destination each day.Rooms: Although my time in the room is limited to bathroom and sleep time, the accommodations are nice. Huge tubs in case you want to take a bath. All the normal amenities. Each building of rooms is conveniently located to one of the many resort highlights.Safety: I feel very safe on the resort grounds and in the surrounding neighborhoods. It's very quiet and peaceful.Food & drinks: Every dish served is delightful. You can tell that the chef is meticulous and creative when considering the menu.

Stayed here two years ago and it was the most phenomenal experience. The food was amazing and the service was even better. Recently stayed and things certainly seemed to have gone downhill in two years. The food was mediocre. We didn’t have anyone clean our rooms in the 5 days we stayed there, we had to call several times just to be brought towels. When we checked in, they had given our room to someone from another party and then mistakenly given us the keys for that same room, only for our party to open the door to an occupied room. It’s a beautiful location; it just didn’t feel at all like the experience we had the last time we stayed. Very sad! :(

You can't beat the location. Unfortunately, we were given a room that was not used in a long time so there were thick layers of dust on the fan and the coffee pot was not operational. We came to the front desk to get coffee in the morning since ours was not working and the coffee station in the hotel reception didn't have water for the machine or creamer. The receptionist just told me to go to the restaurant, which I found incredibly frustrating after spending $350 on a villa that I was unable to simply get a coffee in the morning. The bathrooms were amazing! Our shower and tub was just wonderful, super hot and great pressure. We explored two out of the 3 pools and enjoyed walking the labyrinth at night for night star photography. The gym was really nice and I enjoyed trying slacklining. You also have the use of bikes to borrow to explore near by Snow Canyon State Park. I enjoyed using the hammocks mid morning under the trees.Overall a beautiful resort but we unfortunately didn't have the best experience with the hospitality.Rooms: The upstairs villas are not handicap accessible, no elevators.Nearby activities: Snow Canyon State Park, mountain biking

Just finished a week long stay. Love this place! The proximity to snow canyon is amazing! They offer lots of different classes like meditation and yoga. The pools are very nice and they have spa services as well. Sign up for stuff well in advance of your stay as things can fill up, esp at the spa. The food is okay, I found a good pizza place to go to called Rigattis. About an hour from Zion, so not to close, but it’s not a bad drive.
