48 hour wait for a drop and hook... then they have the nerve to waste your time. you have to go into the office twice before u get any paperwork.

Ok place to work if you enjoy tedious and repetitive motion for hours on end. Good Union and good pay

I would like to know how I can work there. I am Venezuelan. I worked for years in a slaughterhouse in Venezuela. If anyone could help me, with all due respect, I would appreciate it.

WORST PLACE EVER!
Got there early just to have to wait for hours in a dirt parking lot. Got my loaded trailer just for it to be extremely over weight BECAUSE OF THEM! Then returned trailer for reload and they took hours to reload it. Was very rude about the whole issue, as if it was my fault they are INCOMPETENT PIGS!

Very quick process everybody was nice but not great at communication. Park empty trailer go to security office go find your full trailer make sure you take blue seal and paperwork into office before you go to scale. After you go thru scale park close to guard shack they put your seal on and your off.

I come here about twice a month. Every time I’ve been here all the security guards staff have been extremely friendly and kind. The scenery here is unmatched.

Always a pleasure. Friendly guards, always scales us before leaving facility. Overnight parking available.
We take our rest breaks while we wait and then we have plenty of hrs to drive.

Explain this to me please! You work in a facility that only exists due to truckers. So explain how it is that you don't know how to properly load a truck for weight distribution! I've been here FIVE hours already for a Drop & Hook that was ready early! It's been over FOUR HOURS since I went for a rework...which they told me would be 15 minutes! Zero respect for drivers here.

Mine was a drop/hook for Prime so the process was pretty simple. Arrive and check in with security at first gate. Need to have a clean trailer and full tank on reefer. I’d recommend having nearly full tanks on the truck as well. After you’ve checked in at the gate pull thru and drop trailer either straight ahead or to the left. Then you’ll check in with the security office for your loaded trailer if it’s ready. Hook up, break seal and get the loading sheet out of the back to give to security. Then they’ll give you your ppwk and have you pull across the scale. You can get either a gross or axle scale. If weights are good the gate security will seal your trlr and send you on your way. If not, they’ll turn you around to be reworked. Mine was overweight on the drives so had to be reworked but they were fast about it. There’s an huge parking lot outside of the gate to do your depart call. Can also overnight there if needed or there’s a Maverick with CAT scale a couple miles up the road. The guards were friendly and easy to work with. Plenty of port-a-potties around if needed.
