If a customer has to give customer service and the worker doesn't, this is 100% poor customer service. The worker is required to do service for the customer, not the other way around.people in general will receive misery in their life, if this continues. I feel so sorry for you!!!!

We bought a van that was super clean inside. After we bought it we noticed some issues. We brought it back and they fixed several things on it even though we didn’t buy a warranty. They went above and beyond to find and fix my complaint. I love the van and for it’s age it’s very nice.
