They did a very good job on my camper shell install. Very happy with the end product. No games.

I cross threaded my bolts attempting to put on my hitch, and they were able to get the bolts out without breaking the welds on the nuts in the undercarriage, and fixed the threading so that they could put bolts back in to secure the hitch to the vehicle properly. The whole ordeal took maybe 2 hours with just 1 guy working on it. Afterward they told me what they did and how to prevent some of the issues I encountered in the future and didn’t make me feel dumb or stupid for making that mistake. Absolutely wonderful service with some very personable workers. I will be going here in the future with any of my hitch needs.

I bought a ARE topper from these guys for my voodoo blue Tacoma. They were so helpful with the installation (doing all of it lol). They were really friendly as well. The topper is in great condition as well. I was a little bit turned off of this place because of their other reviews, but I assure you that these are some of the nicest and most skilled people you'll ever meet.

Bought a trailer off here and ended up having nothing but issues with the lights not working properly. First the guy who walked me out to pick my trailer out seen the left blinker wasn't working and still sent me on my way blaming my truck. Second do the light completely stopped working and the middle running light also stopped. Took it to my mechanic and turns out the grounds were never bolted down. Completely not what I expcet or paid for. Save your time and Money most importantly not worth the hassle.

I drove many hours from Denver, Colorado past my local dealers to buy a Mahindra tractor from Jim the owner. Jim was heading down this direction so he met me in Wyoming to save me a few hours of driving. He was very helpful and very competitively priced and worth the drive. I am planing on driving up to his place and picking up a flatbed trailer within the next couple of months. Thank again.

If I could give them less than one star I would....The owner was very rude I am looking to purchase a trailer for my business and have been shopping around and looking at prices, I live here in cache valley and don't want to drive to buy a trailer somewhere else so I called to ask if he would price match...He then proceeded to bash his competitors trailers, guess he doesn't care about our community we live in, and doesn't want those tax dollars to stay here in cache valley where they will benefit all...I would advise taking your money elsewhere because he obviously doesn't want it.

If it were possible to give Mountain Toppers less than one star, I definitely would. This is the worst company I've ever done business with. We purchased a Century High C topper in August and waited 4 months to get it due to manufacturer issues. In December we returned to have it put on our truck. They didn't call us to say it was in, we called them to check on it. After it was installed on the truck, I saw that it was an A.R.E. topper which has front vista glass. We had specifically said when we ordered the topper that we did not want a topper with any front glass. I asked Arther (salesman) if Century and A.R.E. are the same company. He said that Century and Leer are the same, but A.R.E. toppers are a different brand. When I questioned him on it, he said that Century couldn't fulfill our order because they don't make the High C model for our truck. On their receipt they had written that the order had been changed to an A.R.E. brand topper as they are the only topper company that has a bigger door. Arther looked kind of sheepish like he'd been caught because, I suspect, he knew that we hadn't been called about it. I said that no one called me about the change and the owner (Jim) said, "It's been over 4 months, who knows what was done or wasn't done." On their copy of the receipt, it did not indicate that we had been called and Arther said, "Hm...I don't recognize the handwriting on the receipt regarding the change." We left with the topper and the more we thought about it the more upset we got. We had paid for something that we didn't order and hadn't even been informed of the change as we would have cancelled. We went back and talked to Arther and he said that it would be up to Jim as to what would be done. We told him we wanted our money back. He went on about there being costs, and that if they took it back, the topper would have to sit on their lot until someone else purchased it. He didn't think that Jim would do that. Jim wasn't there and I told Arther to have Jim call us. He didn't call. I called again the next day and he didn't return my call. Finally on the third day he called. I asked him what he was willing to do about the situation since we hadn't gotten what we paid for. He said that he wasn't going to do anything as he had it on his receipt that he had called and talked to me and I had okayed the change. We were NEVER called. I suspect that to cover his mistake, he wrote on the receipt after we left that we had been called and had given the okay. Wow! I said to him, "I hope you can live with yourself and that lie." He said, "I can because I have it written on the receipt that you were called and gave the go ahead." I told him that I was going to send a complaint to the Better Business Bureau, and he laughed and said, "Go ahead, I have it written that you were called." If it had been written on the receipt when we picked it up, he would have said pointed it out to us when we questioned them. Like I said, this is the worst experience with a business we have ever had. The owner is completely dishonest. Buyer beware with this Mountain Toppers. Read the reviews before you give away your money.
