Purchased a new mini from them. Sales experience was as expected. Had 4 warranty visits in a year. Parts seems lacking in knowledge and previous service manager seemed slow to act and limited in communication abilities. Hope to get this changed to a 5 star.

Started this nightmare right after April Fools Day, 2023. (Bad omen) ⁰Shopping for a good used tractor, and found what I thought would be a good one, and was assured it was. I asked for the previous owners name. He told me the A/C was never good, and the dealer had been unsuccessful in fixing it right. I told my salesman. He assured me they checked it and it was fixed. He brought it to my place for a trial. I used it two days, and called and told him the A/C was not working. He promply came and got it. I heard nothing for weeks. Finally he told me it was repaired. He called me back, and said while loading it on a trailer, the power steering failed. No worries though, it was in the shop, being repaired. I called or texted about every two weeks to check. I was assured they were doing their best, If he bothered to answer at all. .Finally, July 10th, three months into this, my son dropped into the dealership. Salesperson told him it was being handled, and he would call me the next day. My son said it was not in the shop. Another lie! I had to cut my hay as it was past prime. Got a neighbor going bale for me, but have no idea how I'm to clear the field. My attorney says I have a case!! as they kept promising delivery. I still have all the texts, wish I had recorded the phone calls the few this dealer would answer. Their service dept must be pathetic, if it takes 6 weeks to fix A/C, and unknown time to fix power steering. I would give no Stars if allowed. This review is much kinder than it should be. BTW, Do your home work. The internet ( several sources) says a Kabota life is about 5000-6000 hours. This one had 6800.

I bought a new Kabuta bx23 from these people and they delivered it with no oil in the front drive. The front drive locked up and they denied and said they checked it out. Took it to another dealer for repairs. Did not trust them. Compromised the whole front drive because they didn't check the oil. Sad

I am a school teacher that wrenches on the side to make ends meet. I went in the other day to pick up a bearing after having called multiple times and un-able to reach anybody. When I arrived there was one person behind the counter, and everyone else had gone home. I asked the receptionist where every one was, she said they all went home at 4 everyday. Current time, was 4:24. I was 2nd in line. While waiting, I ordered my parts via phone from Stotz Equipment, and Valley Implement as they have someone to answer the phone due to the fact that they run a full crew till closing time. I then waited in line for another 20 minutes before I was able to be served. I had to look up the part for the parts associate as he couldn't find it. Finally at 5:07 I was walking out the door, when I noticed the twine sale flyer. I asked about it, the guy that runs the twine sales, went home at 4 (apparently I will not be buying my pallet of twin for Cache Equipment). I talked to the kid behind the counter to let him know, I had just lost 43 minutes due to them not staffing the store correctly, and that I was quite frustrated because I now had lost the opportunity to bill my time. I mentioned this politely, and all I got was a blank stare. Never did I think the day would come, I hoped for Agri-Service to be back. At least they kept people behind the counter to serve the late arriving customers. . I was able to walk out with my bearing, but they didn't have the lock collar. Who the heck stocks the bearing and not the lock collar. I went to Ipaco who stocked the bearing, along with the lock collar for $10 cheaper, and they had me out of the store in under 5 minutes. I do not post this in anger, (I waited a week to write this) I know one of the salesman very well. I grew up with him. He is an awesome man. I am simply tired of horrible parts and service.Update: The parts associate did call me back the next day to let me know they were advertising prices for twine, but didn't actually have em. I appreciate the call, but why advertise the sale and not have prices.

They don’t know what they are doing they sold me the wrong oil the one they sold me they charged me $266.00 so I returned it because I found it online a ton cheaper and when I returned it to them they were only going to refund me $88 so obviously they sold me the wrong oil they were also needed to order me an oil filter which is what I needed the most and they completely forgot to even order that plus they told me to leave my tractor and they would look at it and fix it it was under warranty so I left it and when I went back 24 hours later they hadn’t even looked at it so I am NOT impressed at all terrible terrible business
