Adornit.com advertised online a monthly subscription for embroidery patterns. Cost is 10 dollars per month. Received several months to give it a chance but the designs look like they are drawn by an 8 year old and they will not let you unsubscribe within a year. Avoid like the plague.

The product was cheap with colored thread that they want you to buy from them. The embroidery patterns looked like something my child could draw. Not worth the money. They rope you into a 12 month, monthly subscription and you can't cancel. Don't subscribe. Not worth it, many other better places to purchases items like these.

I gave a call into their customer service line, and the girl who films all of the videos happened to answer my call. I had to call them because I am not too keen with the computer, and I had mistakenly ordered the incorrect subscription box- I wanted the holiday one. I had done this a time before as well, and they were very helpful that time in switching them for me. This time she downright refused to do it. Admitted that she had all of my information right in front of her and said: "I won't do it, you have to go online." When I protested this, and mentioned they had done it before the response was something about how we are a small business and don't have time for this. So I mentioned leaving a Google review of this interaction and she flat out mocked me, like she didn't believe I could write a Google review because I am not the greatest with a computer. Fine, so here is my google review of this business who hires people who will mock their older customers and refuse to provide simple services that would've taken her all of thirty seconds to complete. I also asked if she could give me a number to someone else, and she refused that as well- she said: no, you'll just have to keep calling and maybe someone else will answer. This just doesn't seem right to me, and I hope my review will help others.

Terrible company Does not listen Always busy when needing customer service. Very confusing ordering Confusing "buy it now" RUDE OWNERS Shipping is a joke!!!!!!! Charge you and 3 week delivery They need to take a business and customer service class!!!!!! The products are cute, but service sucks!!!

Drove all the way from Kaysville to grab some stuff and found out that they were closed even though the hiurs show open until 5pm on Saturday. Disappointed. Please update your hours so others don't waste their time and gas.

Drove down from Boise Idaho to Ogden to visit my sister. Found the annual sale on Fb. Loaded up the car with my mom, sister, her daughter and granddaughter. Such a fun day, we all had a great time picking fabric, ribbon, scrapbook paper and wood cutouts! Can't wait to get home and start sewing and crafting.

I can not say enough happy things about this company! Their clothing is superb on so many levels: from quality, fabulous colors, and being comfortable along with everything else. Their customer service is top class, I called on an order I had placed realizing I had ordered it too late for the weekend I needed them for, the woman that answered was polite and so helpful! They shipped the next day and because of all this i will forever come back to this company!

Love their selection! Very trendy with some classic pieces mixed in. Their girl's nights are always super fun to go to as well. Plus, it's so easy to find a gift for anyone since they have home decor, too!!

Love this store!! I always know if I buy MY size it will fit because these ladies take the extra step to make sure all their sizing is consistent. I love that they model the clothes on all sorts of body types. I can get a clearer picture of how their items will look on me. And best customer service ever!!

When you are curvy and have a hard time finding cute, trendy clothes you are excited to find somewhere that has just what you need! ADORNit always has things that I love and that look great when I wear them. I also LOVE the customer service. How many boutiques can you name where they know you and know your style? Only one that I know of. ADORNit. They go out of their way to make your shopping experience fun. It is like shopping with your favorite cousin and all of your friends. You always feel like family.
