Done with Wells Fargo. The one benefit of using Wells Fargo is that they have banks everywhere, which is helpful when you move a lot.Besides their availability, I can't offer positive feedback on their service. However, I have a long list of unpleasant experiences ranging from them changing terms on agreements, charging me fees without warning me, randomly increasing my credit lines, etc.

I have tried multiple times to talk to someone about my auto account. I paid off my loan on Feb. 1, 2022. A payment was due that same day. Wells Fargo attempted to withdraw a payment from another bank twice after my payment was made causing an overdraft at my other bank. On February 8th I get a notice that I am late on my payment. I just get a run-around and it keeps sending me to the automated system and will not recognize my SS# or account number. States that those numbers are not in the system. I have a reciept that it was paid. I was told by the teller that I also had money coming back because the check was more than the payoff because my monthy payments had been made on time. She counldn't reimburse me because it was an auto loan. HELLO, anybody home?

They take the time to explain why they "don't have the time" to accommodate a wire or other banking the same day. If they spent less time making excuses and more time working they would be able to accomplish a lot more and accommodate simple requests from their customers.

Every time I go in to get help, there is not enough people to help me. I just went in there today to do a couple wires, and they said they have to go to lunch and so there's no one that can help. They either need a hire more people, or have people that are a little more customer service oriented to take care of their clients.

The anger Wells Fargo receives is because it does not operate like a bank. It operates more closely to what I would call a a shady business that profits from other people's misfortune.Beyond questionable business tactics.I do not appreciate my line of credit being removed without my knowledge. Which resulted in nearly $300 in overdraft fees. Wells Fargo is trying to profit from investors with this change. The fact that it just hit me and many others out of nowhere feels dishonest.I love all the people here though. Nothing against this location. But I think Wells Fargo needs to burn.Mount America here I come.

There when our family needed them. We were desperate to find a notary on the closing of our house in another state. The branch manager, Kirsten was amazingly helpful! We were very blessed!
