Absolutely a great vendor to do business with. Whenever our ice is low, we shoot a text or call, and we have a full ice case in hrs or by the end of the day. Unbelievable. I am very pleased, as well as my customers ?

Outstanding customer service. Tropic Ice just built a brand new ice making plant in Beaver, UT and the quality of ice is fantastic. They are under new ownership and management that really cares about each and every customer. I've had a great experience with them they are very professional. I highly recommend them for ice delivery. They are the best in Utah.

the ice is not great. horrible company to work for. Low pay. Equipment dont work. No A.C in the trucks and to top it off the "boss" Joe is the worst person to work for. Very disrespectful man. Im sure this company wont last to much longer.
