Always fast and reliable. They print off all my plan sets I need. I plan on giving them a day or two and they are calling within the hour. If I have needed them right away they have been great to accommodate as well.

Erin the designer here was completely awful I came in to get some business cards and the magnets for my truck design and she said it would take a few days, well three weeks later and I had tried to get ahold of her several times to find out what was going on and I was told she would call me back and she never did she never called me back she wouldn't email me or try to contact me in any way to let me know what was going. She is extremely unprofessional. I will never do business here unless she is gone!

The wait time and lack of communication is absolutely unreal. I dropped off pictures to be copied at 10am. I was told I would be called when they were ready and it would not be more than an hour but 30 minutes was more realistic, never received a call, so I assumed they just forgot. I walked in at just before 5pm, at 5:30pm, after waiting more than 30 minutes, someone finally acknowledge my existence, and my pictures were not even ready or started for that mater. And was told I would have to wait. The lack of professionalism is absolutely unreal. The excuse I was given is that they were slammed all day. You are telling me it took literally all day to copy 20 photos? All the while they helped three customers while I was here waiting, get their jobs done right away. So I am guessing lack of management is the problem, not the business level. By the way it took ten minutes to complete the job after I was finally helped. But by then it was to late to get to the mortuary before they closed.
