“Great gear, great price, but the best thing about them is their service. These guys are the real deal. They will go the extra mile for you every time. My brother and I are headed to Alaska for a caribou hunt. We bought skre gear several years ago at the expo and love it but we wanted some more cold weather gear. We were forced to order our stuff last minute and worried the gear wouldn’t ship in time. I emailed their support team about my concern and within minutes they were on the phone with me and resolved the problem. My schedule is busy so I couldn’t make it down to Hurricane during business hours to pick up the gear. Steve gave me his personal cell number and told me to text him and he could open their store after hours so I could get my gear. I had a buddy pick the gear up. Days later I was worried that my brothers order was going to arrive too late also. I felt bad but I texted Steve again. He graciously offered to open the store again on a Saturday if it came down to it to get him the gear he needed before our flight left. I’ve talked to several of the guys there and they are all top notch guys that will bend over backwards for you.”

They took time making sure the bikes fit our needs and took time explaining techniques to maximize our experience. Very helpful and fantastic service. You should check this place out.”
