Rented a great Minivan. However they kept my $250 deposit and KEPT INSISTING the bank had a HOLD ON THE MONEY..went to bank had BANK MGR. show me on printout THEY NEVER PUT A HOLD ON ANYTHING.Went back, gave them bank Mgr card, call him.Got REAL nervous when I started raising my voice AFTER these punks tried to dismiss me.Filed a fraud claim with the bank.THIEVES the lot of them.

Very happy with Small town rental… used their passenger vans a couple times and have another trip planned this summer. They are friendly and always keep their vans clean. Will continue to use. :)

Didn't buy a car from them, but when I came in for a car wash, two of the guys hand washed my car because their washer was broken. I think most places would have just said, "Sorry... it's busted", but these guys did a great job. Obviously they care about their business. Happy to leave them a good review.

I loved he whole experience and felt like I could really trust them. They also offer full coverage on their autos so you can feel confident purchased a pre owned vehicle. I also like supporting a family business, rather than a large dealership. Plus, they were incredibly nice, and I LOVE my car!!!

The car buying process went very smoothly with Small Town Auto. Unfortunately the issue arose when we tried to trade the vehicle in a year later after buying it. They told us it was a clean title but after trying to trade the vehicle in at another dealership we found that the vehicle had actually been involved in two prior accidents one of which the airbags had deployed. This substantially lowered the value of the vehicle by several thousands of dollars. We were very disappointed that a dealership that presented themselves as trustworthy and honest had not fully disclosed the condition of the vehicle we were buying.

Excellent customer service! I rented a car last weekend and everything went smooth as could be. I made a reservation, the car was ready when I arrived for pickup and I was on my way very quickly. And the rate was fantastic! Kelly worked with me regarding the return since I needed to bring it back after hours. Highly recommend!
