“I absolutely enjoy shopping at Walmart. But if you encounter a cashier named Amy at the Hurricane, UT store # 04678 (180 North 3400 West), you may witness scores of customers being at the rath of her abrasive, rude and an absolutely horrid nature.
This cashier Amy exhibited on Friday, August 16th, 2024 a a total disregard for anyone else but herself. She lacked personality and any hint of social skills. The customer in front of me left shaken and in tears from Amy ripping this customer's credit card from her fragile hands - and looked back to me in efforts to provide her comfort and understanding for Amy's caustic nature. Of course I consoled this customer, in hopes that offering a random act of kindness would ease her troubled experience.
Please report cashier Amy - as I believe she is a good person deep inside and someday may find her job with the understanding that helping one another really benefits each others well being and self esteem as we are taking our eyes off ourselves/our troubles and positiveness into the light of others. I hope Amy's overall outlook of assisting customers is addressed by her management with emphasis of more nurturing training. Walmart has come to be an icon of professionalism - by employing refined, dignified Walmart Representatives - in a capacities. I hope Amy finds peace and hope my next encounter with her will be one to cherish for decades.”
