I use this location during my trip to Hurricane Utah before my Zion National Park visit. Located in the main area, the parking lot is not well lit. There is a store available to purchase quick grab items. The gas price is comparable to the near ones.

Older woman at register didn’t acknowledge me at all when I kindly mentioned the restroom needed service.I guess if you don’t mind toilet paper with p*** on it, face up, on the floor in your restroom stall then this is the place for you!
