“Tony M. checked my battery, starter and alternator on my 2014 Chev Spark. It was dark, windy and cold but Tony was amazing. Starter and alternator good but battery bad. He volunteered to take old battery out and put new battery in! Amazing service! Thanks Tony and Autozone!!”

Purchased a brand new trailer about a month ago. The experience I had was excellent. They went above and beyond to satisfy our needs. When another dealer in town became one of the worst experiences of my life this was so refreshing to have a local dealership follow through and provide us with exactly what we wanted at a fair price. After the dishonest experience we had with the other major player in town, it was a breath of fresh air to deal with a company caring as much about the customer as their bottom line.”

“This review is for Ryan who helped me tremendously. I was having bad leak of engine oil but already en route for a very long trip. He didn't just sell me the correct engine oil. Even their policy is they can't touch or assist. But he stand by me show me exactly what to do and what to look for and how to test. It was real good life lesson foe someone who doesn't understand sprinter that much. He is also a school teacher calm and great at presentation tl make sure I understand clearly. I was a teacher myself can surly appreciated it. With his help I was able to finished the trip everyone home safely saved a toll burned up engine and miserable long hours of downtime. Now the van is in the shop everyone is safe and happy. Thank you Ryan!!”

“I ended up stranded last year in Hurricane Utah after a fuel supply line blew up on my 2006 Dodge Ram 3500. The part was not something that was kept on hand by any parts house because it was a Cummins part. I wasn't able to easily identify the part. I can't remember who helped me at O'Reiley, but someone there did some research and identified the part for me. This was a Cummins part, so he basically did it out of the goodness of his own heart. He made a real difference because each night staying at a hotel was over $100 during the spring season. Thanks to him, I was able to get the part ordered, and hop on a bus home to wait for it to arrive. I am really grateful to him, and I wish I recalled his name!! This happened in late February of 2022.I recently had a horrible experience at the Chinden Garden City Idaho location in which I said that I'd like to never go back to O'Reiley again. That being said, maybe I should re-think that, considering the altruistic help I got while stranded in Hurricane. Just an awesome person, thank you from the bottom of my heart!”

“My friends and I came out for a UTV event, my RZR started giving me problems. I called around, most repair shops told me next week or some even two weeks out before they could look at my car. I tried one more spot here at UTV Pros, not only was it 4:30 PM, (shop closing at 5) but Adam told me bring it on in! I arrived around 4:45, he started working on my car right away!
The shop was clean, everyone was very kind and professional. He showed me what he was doing along the way, there were a few issues that couldn't be solved that day. To make matters even more impressive, Adam came in on his day off Saturday morning and made more required repairs to my RZR. He and his team seem to really understand what we all do together. It's a business of course but I felt more like it was a family or friends I had known making their best effort to get me back out ASAP.
I don't take the time in most cases to write reviews, I felt it was necessary to share my story. Refreshing to see these guys run a business the way they do! Many years of success coming your way.”
