I haven't use this tax firm personally but a partner did with our information and when I asked questions about the details of the filing, I was met with poor customer service and a condescending tone. Not sure why a professional service provider would answer questions with questions and need to put ???? after every question they ask but surprisingly that is what I was met with.When I looked them up to find contact info, I saw their reviews and was worried my partner picked a bad company to work with. Turns out she did. During the entire week it took to get of copy of my info and 2 questions answered via email my partner told me she will never use this company again and I don't blame her.
