Excellent customer service. I ordered a rain jacket and I needed it for a trip that was coming up. The jacket was shipped very quickly by Safari Supply but then it was lost in the USPS system. SS sent a new jacket quickly so that I would have it on my trip. Thank you Safari Supply.

I googled a hard to find item and these guys had it! They shipped quick and emailed UPS updates to me along the way. Awesome company to deal with!

Totally non-responsive to emails. No matter which option you pick on their phone menu all you can do is leave a message, but don’t bother no one will ever call you back. Horrible customer service, will never ever order anything from them again. I recommend you stay away from this company, they simply don’t care.
