I've had nothing but quick, pleasant experiences while dropping off packages to get mailed. Most the time I've already paid for postage, but when I haven't they have always been patient and talked me through different options and pricing.They don't set the prices at the location, so can't complain if something costs more than you wanted to spend to mail it.

The staff here is the best. We will drive an extra 20-30 min to avoid lines and grumpy staff at the Ogden or Roy post office. There is almost never a line at Hooper so you always get helped quickly and all of the workers know what they are doing. If you need competent people to help you at a USPS office, these people are great!

The absolute worst. They have stole money out of our mailbox that someone left to pay us, they run over our garbage cans every single weekend. (I have camera footage) they're rude, things are constantly late. Like, every single thing that could go wrong, they make sure goes wrong. Ridiculous

It seems odd to rate a post office, but I will. This review is not about the USPS specifically, it is about this particular location.Of all the post offices I have been in, the man at this location is by FAR the nicest and best post office employee I have ever dealt with. I sale and ship stuff often and when I used USPS, I now always go here. The employee is consistently in a great mood, helps, gives no attitude (not the same at other locations) and he makes the experience so easy. He also double checks, makes sure the shipment is setup right. I need to get his name next time and then I will update this review.If you want great service go to the post office.

Older blonde lady that works here likes to go on a power trip. I had a poshmark shipping label that could be used on any priority box including flat rate, and the label itself even says so. She didn’t care, made me repack everything into another box of the same size that didn’t say flat rate on it. USPS, please retrain your employees with some reading comprehension.

We had a package go astray and they put in their best effort and located it at a different post office. I definitely appreciated the extra care taken.

We get our neighbors mail and our neighbors get our mail all the time. Also, they don't come to your door with certified notices. I've found them stuck to the front of my mailbox. My wife says this post office reminds her of the movie Deliverance.

The usps is the worst way to ship anything!!! Like watching snails race in jello!. Never again would I use them. FED-EX or UPS only!

I don't know how I keep missing certified letters when I'm home when the carrier comes! It's happened twice in a week now. If they are coming to the door I would answer it. I actually saw the mail delivered to the box the first time but he didn't come up to the door with the certified letter.
