We agreed on a price to get my truck fixed. That price was changed without notifying me and the truck was a week past the deadline date and I was never notified or updated with any changes! I would never suggest anyone going to the shop. They are dishonest! Poor work quality!

I had 6.0 power stroke work done here recently. They are the only shop locally I have seen that support a 2 year warranty on said work backed by Ford. I was happy with the work and price was in line. I would and have gone back for more of my diesel mechanic needs.

Great team, great customer service. Fast an punctual. Impressed me enough to win my loyalty for anything diesel I need professional help with. Down to earth people, willing to help you. Did not feel the heavy sale side as one would expect with a service shop. Actually looking forward to the next time I get to take them my 6.0 for a upgrade.

Best customer service I have ever had when it comes to mechanic shops! They were knowledgeable, honest, and just flat out awesome to work with! I will spread the word and continue to take my diesel truck there when I run into issues!Update-If I could give these guys more stars I totally would! They have taken the time to make sure my truck was in perfect condition! The customer service gets 100 stars in my opinion. Good work dark cloud diesel, you have earned yourselves a loyal customer in me.

Best diesel mechanic shop ever / family owned company. I've had trouble with my Dodge Cummins for a while it went into the shop with six to seven codes for the check engine light. This repair should have cost me over $2,000 and they saved me a ton of money by finding gently used parts. Not because they didn't want to fix it with with brand new OEM parts they would have gladly done that but they understood that I was on a budget and I could not afford that. So instead of turning us away they did everything they could to help us walk out of there with an affordable repair. They did such a great job I took my truck back to get a bypass filter that I had bought 3 years ago intending to put it on myself but they were so great I thought I would give them more business wonderful company could not be happier I have referred them Non-Stop

These guys are the diesel professionals! Ashton and Harley provide excellent customer service. The mechanics were able to diagnose my trucks issues and get them repaired in a timely manner. Prices are very competitive with a quick turnaround. I will definitely use Dark Cloud Diesel for all my future 6.0 needs. Keep up the good work!!!

This is a great shop who deals with their customers fairly and quickly. I recently had a major engine repair completed here and the next day the oil pressure sensor failed and dumped oil all over my driveway. Its not their fault, these things happen. However they had a part ordered and on its way to their shop before I could even drive down and had it fixed while I waited. They even sent a guy over to my house to clean the oil spill. Top notch service. I would recommend to anyone looking for diesel repair work.

They saved my vacation!!!I was driving through SLC on vacation with my travel trailer and had a problem with my diesel exhaust system. The Ford dealers in the area said they could get me in 4-5 weeks!?!? Called Dark Cloud and explained my predicament and they said they would get me in right away! They got me in right away and had it fixed by the end of the day. I was back on the road and saved my vacation staying on time.The staff at Dark Cloud were very friendly and very responsive. I am grateful for them saving me.

Super knowledgeable and friendly company. The office and mechanics were super helpful, going above and beyond to make sure my truck got back on the road. Helped explain everything going on. Truck runs great now.

Hands down best diesel shop around they are the best I have ever worked with. Every mechanic they have has had a hand on my trucks motor. And I trust every one of them to do it right, amazing people and amazing service. Would recommend them to everybody.

Knowledgeable technicians willing to share what they know to help you make decisions on the path to getting your diesel vehicle back on the road. I don’t leave many reviews but after the service I received at this shop I thought I should. I was referred by a good friend so I took my truck down and received a quick response with my issues. After giving the go ahead to fix the problems Derrick let me know it would be wise to replace 1 other thing to avoid future problems. Most mechanics would rather get you back in for more labor. The service and quality of this shop are above and beyond. Thanks for the quick work!
