“Jake at Mountain Transmission is great! Very easy to talk to and keeps you updated and informed throughout the diagnoses/repair process. Transmission repairs are always expensive, but Jake helps you understand all your options.
My vehicle even had an issue come up after the repair due to a faulty part, and Jake was quick to repair it under warranty.

“While traveling, I had a problem with my minivan. I stopped at Bob’s body shop and was greeted by Carter whose is a very nice and friendly guy and then Cash looked at my problem and assured me I would make it home to Arizona without any problem. He was very thorough in checking it out and I felt relieved that I would make it home safe. Both of these guys are an asset to Bob’s Body Shop and I really appreciated them. “Had a flat and another bad tire on my 5th wheel RV. Called them at 805 on Monday, they sent their service truck out, changed my tire, got me mobile again.
Went to their shop, had them put 4 new tires on my 5th wheel and they had me rolling again in less than an hour from start to finish.
These folks saved me, treated me like family .
Just can't get any better than this.

“My visit was on a Saturday morning upon arriving I was informed immediately they where short staffed but I'd be taken care of asap. When jason the owner arrived he immediately went to work with his tire tech to dismount and remount my 4 tires. Even short staffed I felt the service I received was 5 star!!”

“Our car was overheating on the way between Idaho and Utah. We stopped by at 3:00 to have it checked, hoping we could limp the car to our destination.They got our car in immediately, diagnosed and repaired our car in an hour and a half, including ordering and getting parts from town.He also got coloring books, crayons, juice and snacks for our 3 young daughters who were stressed as our 3 hour trip was quickly turning into a 6 hour trip.They had some of the best customer service I've ever seen, it was greatly appreciated. It made a difficult situation much easier.”

It was a bit tricky to find the office, and we had to call the owner to come back and open the gate for us to enter the junkyard. However, he was friendly and very helpful. He took the time to teach us a few things about the safety process for handling a crashed electric vehicle, which was quite informative. Unfortunately, our car was totaled in the accident, but the overall experience at the junkyard was positive. Thanks for making a tough situation a little easier to handle!”
