I cannot thank Dr. Shapiro enough for the positive changes he has brought into my life. As someone who was scared of seeking treatment, I found solace in Dr. Shapiro's kind and understanding approach. He made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way, explaining my treatment options clearly and addressing all my concerns. The office staff are always welcoming and supportive, creating a calming atmosphere that makes each visit less daunting. Dr. Shapiro's expertise and compassionate care have been instrumental in my recovery.

Skied this mountain for over 40 years, by far some of the BEST terrain around but not at all pleased with the laughable way the resort is run. SB has clearly lost sight of true customer service with their rude Patrol & "Mtn Safety"(?) that just want to control, berate and argue with skiers. A very militant approach and I’ve experienced and witnessed many incidents now. I'd rather ski down the hill without being scolded. We as a family have since branched out with the Ikon pass and absolutely love it. Getting many others to join as well. Whole different vibe elsewhere.

We really normally love coming here. We probably will but we've been super disappointed in our most recent experience. The room wasn't up to par. Not enough blankets on bed, the pillows are really big and not comfy, the freezer didnt work at all, and no microwave. Anywhere. The store sells items to be warmed but nowhere to warm them? The spa has gone down hill. We won't do it again. The massage therapists were just ok. They aren't good enough. My girl had terrible moments in massage. Mostly just pressed. I thought she was falling asleep because she would stop. Terrible massages. The chairs in the 'atrium' are new and terrible. A pleather material as you sit in a very thin robe. It's cold. The room was cold, the sheets on the massage table are terrible feeling. There use to be lounge chairs in the atrium. Not anymore. It doesn't feel relaxing. 1?Also there were 2 tea machines out of order! Get those fixed already. 1?We do love the pool area for adults and the weather today was perfect. That was a 5?????And! The restaurant options are fine way downhill! Bring your own food.Seventy-oneIs not worth it. Less than diner food quality. Honestly it is way expensive and food is not worth it. We wouldn't go back.ForkliftHas also changed. The food options are different than what we've had in the past and the quality is gross and mushy. I won't go back there either. Again expensive for gross food.We went to the juice bar and coffee place. (Can't remember the name but it's by the bathrooms and pizza place)The juice and coffee were awesome. Go there. We didn't do any of the activities but most weren't open either. Just disappointed....

Amazing place and 5 stars, despite the cost and huge lines.

Too full parking is awful I'm talking about October fest. Be ready for a slow ride back down the canyon thats only if there isn't a problem on the roads like a crashed car. There are several thousand people up there at any given time with hikers and October fest. Used to be Great, too full now.

Snowbird implements their new parking "reservation" system after they sell you a season's pass for over $1k. They assume we have a cell phone, and/or a printer (I have neither), so I cannot make parking reservations up there, they just turn me away. 1 star review FOR REAL. Thanks a lot.

Took the kids (age 12, 14, 21, and 24) up a couple weekends back to enjoy the summer activities. Were actually staying in Park City but wanted a longer/cost effective experience than riding the alpine slide or mountain coaster once. The Birdie Bundle allowed us to to ALL the summertime activities for 3 hours. Although the Alpine Slide and Mountain Coaster weren't as long as at other places, we did it multiple times and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Also enjoyed the chairlift, the Aerial Tram, and several other things offered. Everyone had a great time and it was absolutely beautiful up there. A great summertime activity.

Bad ticketing experience. Great skiing, but unfortunately we did not experience a good ticketing experience. We purchased four 10-to-Share ski passes for our business customers and employees which are transferable from person to person. It was a great idea. Then COVID struck. I was surprised when Snowbird did not honor the remaining days on these four passes which amounted to over $1,000 of ski days after closing for the remainder of the season. I found the ticketing team inflexible for our situation and the only offer is a $60 discount if we choose to buy passes again next season. Not sure it's worth the risk.

Lost my friends on the first run here at snowbird and spent 3 hours skiing by myself very upset trying to find my friends. A beautiful staff member (Leilani Havlin) noticed how upset I was and asked me if I was okay. She then proceeded to notify every lift operator at snowbird to write messages on the white boards to get my friends to meet me in a specific area. She also set me up with Jamie (an incredible chicka) to ski with and make sure I enjoyed at least a little bit of my day on the mountain. Thank you snowbird for employing such caring staff like Leilani.
