There was a small rock chip in our windshield and took it to Safelite to be repaired. The tech ended up cracking the windshield so that it will have to be replaced. He acted like it wasn't a big deal and said they could replace the glass. Not ever doing business with Safelite again. He didn't even offer an apology.

It’s been about two months since we got a new windshield and I’ve now noticed that a windshield wiper bolt cover is gone, an internal clip for some plastic is missing, and a rubber piece that connects to the car is broken.

I had 2 rock chips fixed. I only knew of 1 when I went in but the other one was recognized and both were fixed. The person who did the work was careful and conscience. I appreciate the attention to detail.

They did come on time. They communicate well.Overall the experience would have been great except for leaving trash in my driveway. I am a renter and after the install the installer left some kind of steel wire and glue and a glue brush. My landlord just put in the new driveway this summer and was not happy with the glue stuck to his driveway. In addition they left a card stating a vacuumed car. Cleaned inside and outside of windows....They definitely didn't clean the big suction cup marks of my driver's door window.I am probably being picky. But I waited 12 days for an appointment to have them over promise and under deliver.

In and out with a new windshield in 1 hour. I've also been to the location on State Street; both are quick! (with an appointment).

Jeff and Amber were awesome getting my window replaced perfectly and way ahead of schedule! I will definitely return to this Safelite for future repairs.

The techs and receptionist were all so wonderful to work with. I brought my car in as a walk-in to patch a small crack and they worked their schedule around so I could get it fixed. I was willing to come back another day, but they went above and beyond to help. I will be back!

I was told on the phone that my insurance would cover the cost of the windshield. When I went to pick up the car after it had been fixed they said I had to pay for it so I did and I worked on getting refunded due getting wrong information from the insurance agent. I’ve probably sent close to 10 hours on the phone trying to get this resolved and each time they just say they will get back to me in 48 hours and they never do. I’ve asked for the recording and they won’t give it to me. I was scammed and it has been impossible for me to get it resolved so I’ve given up strictly due to the fact that they just say 48 hours over and over again.

I just spent 10 minutes on the phone talking to their bot which absolutely would not connect me to a real person. I have a question that didn't fit into their tree. Extremely frustrating. Seems like as much money as is spent on their windshield replacements they would at least staff so you could talk to a real person if needed.

One week wait and $180 quote(!!) for a rock chip repair. I guess I’m done with Safelite. They were decent when they were TechnaGlass.

I was so impressed by Safelite employees. Amber is so personal and responsive. I was going to pay out of pocket, did not think I had coverage with my insurance and she looked up the coverage for rock chip repair with my insurance and found those repairs are not covered, but because of the insurance company I go through she gave me a discount. You can tell she loves her job. Jeffree was the tech working on my windshield. He did a great job with my rock chip repairs. I also ordered wiper blade replacements, and Jeffree came back to the lobby and asked me how my blades were working for me? I said they are good, and he told me OK, wanted to make sure there was not anything wrong with what you are experiencing. He said you do not need the blades at this time, so that will save you on your bill. He let me know in the future if I need them, that they have great blades that are more expensive then the store, but they have a 6 month warranty. I will plan on that in the future. I was planning on a bill of $300 + and walked out paying $100. Super cool!
