Sous vide at 125 for 6 hours, then seared in a cast iron skillet, and they were perfection. It was so tender and delicious, like eating steak-flavored butter!”

Check!Absolutely an awesome storefront, and from the front viewing all the BBQ seasonings, to the North with all the pellets you could smoke with seasonings, to the south with a great selection of hand made products, seasoned, and also top shelf cuts in the freezer section.They even let me assess their "USDA Choice Rib Eye" quality beef roast statement, very nice looking roasts they are using... Period!Wrapped correctly, done right from start to finish. AWESOME cleanliness, not a single issue noted, even dusting the racks...Purchased a whole bunch of stuff and can't wait to try everything!
