Rude self check out lady. I guess she thought I was trying to steal something? Questioning what I’m doing and scanning. If you don’t want me to scan and put it back in cart, don’t give the option to skip bagging. I don’t steal. Won’t be going back.

I'm not really going back to this location. I have often spent about 400 to 500 a month shopping for food. However, this time, I was accused of stealing by Jackie and an older woman. I have been shopping here for years and I have never had any issues. After this experience, I felt embarrassed and emotionally harmed because I have never stolen anything in my life. But for them to openly speak about it where all the other customers can hear their accusations was disheartening. I have taken my business to Sprouts from now on due to this experience and will never come back. To top it off, when we called corporate to communicate this experience, it was brushed off. The disrespect was abhorrent. Please ensure that in the future, your employees do not openly speak I'll of your patrons.

Don't bother to go here if you need to get cash back they want you to spend $10 to do any cash back.... You are better off getting a banana at Walmart and getting cash back there

Horrible experience!! Was accused of stealing because I took stuff from the cart and paid for it at checkout. Then I had two other employees come over to watch us finish checking out. Then Valerie wouldn't stop staring at us. After we showed them it was paid for and scanned. Made us feel like we were criminals and wouldn't even apologize to us for the mistakes!! Don't go here!!!Worst time ever shopping!

Customer service at the store is extremely lacking especially in the evenings. I don’t think I should be harassed by employees at checkout. Won’t be going to this store again, at least for a while.

Clean grocery store with nice selection and fast self check out. Always a bit pricey but I guess that's the normal now!
