The blonde receptionist working this morning was downright rude and unfriendly.
This is the first Labcorp I've been to, and I don't think I'll be back. I was dropping off a specimen, and I had to do a complete check-in just to drop it off. Very annoying. I don't have this much trouble dropping things off at the other two labs I go to. I just walk in, hand it to them, and they smile and say thank you and off I go.
The staff inside the lab were awesome, though, and I wish I could give two ratings instead of just one. One rating would be 1 star for the receptionist and the complicated check-in process to drop something off, and the other rating would be 5 stars for the staff inside the lab.
Such a shame because the inside staff were really good. They even apologized for the receptionist's rude behavior.

This is the worst run medical place I’ve ever been to in my life. I feel like if they hired new people everyday it would be better than what’s currently in place. The wait times are a joke. Appointments being called 2hrs late is what we felt with it’s a joke. Also the front desk person had no idea what she was doing.

this was the worst experience i’ve ever had with getting a pre employment drug test. not an exaggeration, it took me 20 minutes just to find the lab. there were no maps, the signs were vague. the building is labeled “outpatient surgery” not “building B” like the address says. i had to wander the hospital, staff ignored me, until i finally went to the wrong lab and they directed me to this lab. this is a major accessibility issue if someone was ill or had a physical disability.

Horrible experience. It took 45 minutes to even be called to get my information and registration number at which point I was told it would be 20-30 minutes more of a wait. Nearly an hour later I still hadn't been called and there were people in line ahead of me still waiting. I missed the entirety of one of my college classes that I had to get the test done for in the first place. VERY unhappy.

The facility is very nice. The two star review is for Riki at the front desk. I came to do a pre-employment drug test and brought my donor pass as I was instructed. When they called me to the window, she asked if I had a registration number. There is nothing on the sheet indicating which of the many numbers could be the one she was looking for. I said I’m not sure which and asked her to help me identify it. She repeated the question “Is there a registration number on there?” in the exact same false cheery monotone no matter how I indicated my confusion (three times). I tried to show her the sheet so she could help and she said “I can’t read that, it’s too small” while filling out a form that had text much smaller than the numbers on my sheet. That was bizarre. Finally she said “It usually starts with a 5” which immediately helped me figure out the one she wanted. Very weird. Ember in the back was very professional, all business. Had me in and out quickly and did everything by the book. Loved her. Ember is a 5 star employee.

The receptionist was sweet, but here the service is inefficient. I had a reservation and was still in the waiting room 45 minutes later. Also saw people go before me that arrived after me. This is unacceptable, I am late to my next appointment. Don’t book here if you have anything going on within 2-3 hours of your “reservation”.

The receptionist was one of the rudest people I have ever talked to. She was very not helpful in any way. She had a painted on smudge smile but called me rude. My goodness, I won't go there ever again

My visit here was incredibly quick for a blood test, and Suzanne was a great phlebotomist. I have a horrible phobia of needles and this was probably one of the most relaxed blood draws I’ve ever had.

This lab is managed by a complete moron. Every 6 months my wife has blood tests and every six months, despite her appointment, she sits for 1 to 2 hours. We just switched to Quest and IHC--15 minutes in and out because both of them honor appointments. The problem with Lab Corp has been going on for 2 to 3 years. My wife won't go back. I stopped using them 2 years ago, and now she's done. Quest set up a separate location for drug testing.

The personal attention is pathetic and on the phone I was answered by a person who did not even let me speak until he hung up on me, I do not recommend it at all!
