This gym is amazing! it is always very clean and has very interesting workout machines to workout every part of your body. Rob is very sweet and adjusts his workouts for each person so theyre getting the most out of their money while not getting over worked! it's also nice knowing how much the gym is cleaned regularly and i love being able to workout without being around a bunch of people like at VASA and big open gyms. you get a personalized experience that helps you lose weight/gain muscle!

They give you their undivided attention and provide very personalized training tailored to your fitness level and goals. It is a private and intimate environment where you never have to worry about people crowding you or getting in your way.I recommend Holladay Health & Fitness to people of any age or fitness level who want to get in better shape without having to deal with the globo-gym type environment.

I trained with Rob for a period of time when I was really dieting and trying to get fit. Rob was amazing at coming up with effective, unique, never boring ways to get me to take it to the next level. I have been working out on my own for too long to even mention, lest I date myself, so I know a lot about what types of exersize I like/dislike. I found that Rob is a TRUE professional who really knows his stuff and continually surprised and delighted me with the workouts he designed. I have worked with other trainers who pushed me so hard that I ended up injuring myself. Some of those injuries plague me to this day. Rob somehow knows how to listen and tell if you're just trying to slack a little, or if you've really reached your limit. He knows when to say when and when to push. The facilities are VERY clean, he has every type of equipment you could ever want, and then some you've never seen or heard of. The dressing rooms are very nice and well stocked. This is a much more personal, one on one experience for those who have tried "personal training" at a massive gym. Additionally, I trained with another one of Rob's trainers that he employs. She was amazing, and pushed just the right amount of time. Both of the trainers I worked with were always punctual and prepared. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone at any fitness level to come to Holladay Health and Fitness. Whether you are a beginner, or looking to get over your fitness plateau, or have a special even coming up where you really need to look your best, Rob and his team of trainers will help you attain your goals. Additionally, if you are an athlete, and are looking to get a competitive edge, Rob has specifically designed a high-intensity work out using core muscles and stability techniques that will help you to KICK some serious booty. Just sayin'. You're the best, Rob! :)
