He helped me find my model part and let me know the part was in stock. Upon arriving at their store, Michael again greeted me promptly. He quickly got me the part and compared it to the old one. Upon noticing that the connector was slightly different on the new model, Michael didn't hesitate to call the manufacturer for a fix. He even asked a regular customer, assumingly a repair man, his opinion. While the manufacturer was little help, Michael provided me with his solution and let me know about other potential issues. I use all of the sprinklers stores professionally but I feel like sprinkler world is my go-to when I have something really weird or need something out of the ordinary.”

“Alright. Im a "dumb girl" who could knit you a sweater, but home repair has been a bit out of my wheelhouse. Husbands a trucker, who is also going to school and the mans tired. Lol so when our sink broke i pulled up my huggies and dismantled the broken bits, and went on a hunt for parts. Lowes, home depot, and ace all said "no, you cant replace just that part, you have to buy a whole new [insert technical names i dont care to remember], that will be $$$."
That didnt make sense, and im on a budget...but my sink drain does date back to the 80s so i couldnt rule out the idea that the size i was looking for had "aged out".
One trip to standard plumbing, and $10 later my sink is fixed, no more flooded cabinet. I didnt catch his name but the guy at the plumbing center desk, who told me the guys at the other store were just trying to upsell me, and found what i needed is my hero. Thanks my guy :)”
“Came in today for a new wheel, Ben was the employee helping us. I couldn’t have been more pleased and happy with his customer service! He really went above and beyond. Took the wheel off and put the new on back on. While standing in the rain and hail! “Had a hard time finding the Brad nailers cause they were not with the rest of the power tools and all the way across the store on the other side. An employee noticed I was frustrated and asked if he could help and he did. Parking my Limo was tricky cause it's a busy parking lot, but I was able to park. I like the Bauer tools and the nailer worked well.”

“Today I had a great experience at Backflow Prevention Supply and highly recommend this store. Sean provided excellent customer service, going above and beyond by cleaning my parts, fixing the warped plate, and assembling everything without me even asking. He treated my issue like it was his own.
When I called back with another question after leaving, Sean was busy with another customer, but another gentleman quickly communicated with Sean to get my question answered. This level of care is rare and much appreciated. Overall, my experience was outstanding, and I am pleased to say the assembly worked and the problem is fixed.
