“I had a very unique situation where I got my phone and wallet stolen. Took roughly 24 hours to get a new phone shipped and set up. The whole team at this location was extremely patient and above and beyond. Ashton, Abby, Nick, Devon, Tanner and Sierra offered me the highest quality of customer care. Another T-Mobile location was not very helpful however this location and its team went above and beyond. Team is on 10!”

“Can't say enough great things about the entire team at KS Audio. They set me up with an amazing new sound system for my Chevy Blazer and they definitely went above and beyond expectations. I also had them set me up with a remote start alarm system, which will be a huge upgrade for my older vehicle and will definitely make my life much easier. They have awesome pricing, and I just can't say enough good things about Kim and Amber and the service they provide. I will definitely be coming back here again when I need anything like this again in the future. “Extremely helpful crew. I have the 3rd gen Airpods and the speaker in my right AirPod was blown. First I went to Best Buy (just cause my dad always went there for technical needs), they weren’t much help. So I googled “Apple” and Expercom showed up.Gave them a call to see if they could help, answered all my questions to the best of their ability. Then I went in to get my AirPod serviced.Super easy process, the employees know what they are talking about and can explain it pretty well! The cost is pretty affordable, and they also sent me a link on how to properly update the firmware for my new AirPod so I could do it from work/home.Thank you!”

“Needed to switch my existing Verizon iPhone number to T-Mobile and add a new line for my LLC. Initially, I thought this should be easy. However, some past transactions proved to complicate things tenfold. Jasmine was a rockstar in helping me get everything sorted to accomplish my end goal. She is very intelligent and was able to stay ahead of the corporate tech support we needed to get the job done. I had to make two more return trips, but each time the staff made me feel very welcome and worked hard to take care of my difficult ask. Jorge, Ricky, and Ed are so cool and helpful. Ed is the manager, but he cares so much about making experiences the best possible for both his employees and customers alike! Huge props to the team and I will for sure be back for any further mobile needs. Already referring friends that want to leave Verizon. Thanks T-Mobile Sugarhouse!”

“UPDATE: I was contacted by Aldin about my review and he was amazing from start to finish. He was kind and helpful and understanding. He listened and heard what i was saying and helped me accomplish what i needed to have done. He contacted the store staff and had everything set up for me when i got there. Last night when i made it to the store the man that was there was super nice and helped me complete what i had started with Aldin on the phone and thro emails.. I have to say it was amazing. Thank u for everything u guys were able to do for me and my situation. Its very much appreciated.... Thats customer service worth keeping. ?.....I liked the store staff. The customer service on the phone is awful 100%. They are rude not helpful at all. If make a mistake or do something wrong to ur account and refuse to fix it or listen to u the customer at all. I didnt want to stay with this company but for lack of time to look for a new company this month im stuck. However i wont be here much longer. They dont care about customer retention at all. Or trying to make any thing right. In fact they leave u on MUTE NOT HOLD..... MUTE FOR 45 MINS LIKE THAT IS ACCEPTABLE.. then answer the phone with additude when they come back and ur still on the line. Beyond disgusted with the customer service on the phone... The store staff are helpful and very kind. I didnt mind dealing with them one bit. Very pleasant experience in the store location”

“The thing that stands out to me the most is how clean and organized it is. The store is huge and the products are well lit. It was so easy to find what we needed. The cashier was very friendly and knowledgeable. We had a gift card which always makes shopping trips even better. The self checkout line seemed to be moving pretty quick and the regular check out stands too. The overall vibe in there was very welcoming. It seems like there is a good selection for whatever genre of product you're looking for.”
