I’ve been a few times over the years and the staff is always helpful and friendly. James knocked it out of the park for me and got my vac working tip top in no time. Having the service center nearby is definitely a benefit to going with Dyson vs other brands.

I have rarely encountered the level of incompetence I have experienced with Dyson and this repair facility. BUYER BE WARE!My Animal Ball failed after 3 yrs of moderate use and they will not honor their 5 yr waranty. After enduring being passed around on the customer service line for 20 or so minutes you end up talking to a couple of people with thick Indian accents that you can barely understand. They agree according to their records that I still have almost 2yrs left on my corded vaccume. They instruct me to take to this repair facility that is 20 mls each way from my house. They also gave me a couple of reference numbers to give to the reapir facility.Upon arrival I was met by the manager James and told him why I was there. He informed my that he had no record of a repair being scheduled for me. I told him I had the reference numbers provided for this repair and he just looked at me like a deer in the headlights. He wad not helpfull what so ever and suggested I continue jumping thru more hoops to get this covered.Good thing I bought it at Costco where they will refund my money. I will then purchase a different vacumme from them. Not another Dyson. This is the third one I have purchased and they all have been junk!

Took out my trusted Dyson, V.6 vacuum cleaner to tidy up and it failed to turn on. Tried charging it, but it was clear the battery was dead. I looked at the owners manual, and it said call the Dyson help line. Left on hold for about 20 minutes. Finally spoke to someone who repeatedly had difficulty understanding my plain, unambiguous responses in concise english. After walking me through a mindless series of "troubleshooting" exercises (I understand they have to follow a script) such as jiggling the charging cord, they finally offered to sell me a new battery. The cost would be $130 plus a large shipping fee, and it would come in about 10 days, with instructions on how to disassemble the unit and insert the new battery. I declined his offer. 20 minutes later, I arrive at the Dyson Service Center located at 4848 S Highland Dr. Salt Lake City, UT. After a brief wait a technician came out from the back to greet me and ask about the problem. From my description he was immediately able to diagnose the issue. A replacement battery would be $130, no shipping fees and fully installed it in under five minutes. The technician was courteous, fast and professional. If you have a Dyson vacuum cleaner that needs to be serviced, I strongly recommend this business and give them my highest rating.

I sat on hold for 45 minutes. No one answering the phones I guess. To busy counting the money they make selling the product. No money for customer service.

I had my husband bring our 3 y/o Dyson Animal 2 vacuum here when it started having problems recently. He was there for a totalof ten minutes and left with a vacuum working just like new with a new motor head installed at no charge! You just put the serial in when you get there and the system automatically tells you if it’s still under warranty (which ours was)! I could not be more thrilled. This is one of many reasons why we will always buy Dyson vacuums. Amazing service!! I can’t recommend this place enough.

I am totally impressed with the service that I received from the Dyson Service in Holliday Utah. I was treated well. Even though the problem was my fault ( I broke a piece off the unit by forcing it much harder than I needed to) when I explained the problem to the owner he said worst case scenario would be $30 to replace the bin portion of the vacuum. I thought that was extremely reasonable. He took it in the back for a few minutes to check it out and then came and told me that the bin was fine. There was another broken piece and the cost to replace that was about $10.00. He didn't attempt to upsell me anything. The whole process for my repair took less than 10 minutes. Incredible service!

Staff stated tha this store has had 8 break- ins this year. What a joke lazy people don't want to do their jobs correctly. This would have been all over Utah news ... especially if it had happened in Holladay.. ???

So grateful for Kai! So professional, courteous, and helpful for me and the other customer in getting off me. I took my vacuum in thinking it needed a new motor and Kai fixed it in less than 2 mins, no exaggeration. He also showed me what to do to better maintain the vacuum so that I could keep the issue from happening again. I was in and out and he didn't even charge me. So happy I could get the house cleaned up before guests came! Thank you, Kai!

Wow! This is the kind of service we wish we could get everywhere. I entered the demo area and only a minute later Kai came out of the workshop area to help me. After explaining what was wrong with my Dyson (upright multi-floor 2, UP19), Kai took it into the shop, came out just minutes later, confirmed it was out of warranty, explained what was needed and the cost, and asked if I wanted to have it repaired. On my approval he went back into the shop and returned a few minutes later with the problem fixed. I think I was only in the service center for about 10 minutes altogether. I am impressed with Dyson engineering, and if all service centers function as Kai did today, Dyson has customer service figured out as well. Efficient, professional, and personable customer service personnel like Kai are not easy to find. Thank you, Kai!

A place selling cleaning products should be clean. It's was dingy and empty. The service was no better. The employee was rude and completely unhelpful.

They couldn't repair my vacuum and made me buy another one...340 dollars later..and I have a warranty. It didn't matter. Got my new vacuum and it is hard to maneuver. Someone responded to my review and I contacted them with tge email they told me to respond to and no one responded back to me with my complaint and I feel ripped off with this company and these vacuums are too expensive they should have been able to repair my last one without telling me the parts are no longer available and told me I had no choice but to but another one. That's just GREED!!! AND IM NOT SATISFIED WITH THIS NEW VACUUM THAT COST 400 DOLLARS.

I looked at the pictures on Google Maps and they showed a variety of vacuums and fans on display. I called to ensure they were not just a service center but indeed they sold new products. I was told they did. We arrived to a barren store with a couple accessories. The lone employee did come out from the back and helped us. He showed us a customer vacuum and walked us through the different aspects; which was helpful. Though at the end the server was down and he wasn't able to process transactions. No indication of this was mentioned on the phone. It's my own fault for not just buying online like the rest of the world. I wanted to browse the options but that is a bygone experience. This is a review of the location as a sales experience. The service division might be more of the focus and much better.

Great, quick service! While I hope not to need them again, the only painful part of this visit was that they don't have a closer store.
