Dyson Airwrap: From Frustration to Fantastic Customer Service
I recently had a frustrating experience with my Dyson Airwrap, where the replacement unit failed after only a year. Initially, I was disappointed with Dyson's warranty policy and customer service. However, after sharing my experience in a Google review, I was contacted by Brad from the Dyson Service Center.
Brad went above and beyond to make things right. He listened to my concerns, acknowledged the inconvenience I experienced, and took the initiative to locate a special edition Airwrap (the same as my original purchase) and have it shipped to me from another facility.
This experience completely changed my perspective on Dyson's customer service. Thanks to Brad's dedication and commitment to customer satisfaction, I am now a happy Dyson customer once again. It's reassuring to know that Dyson has employees like Brad who truly care about resolving customer issues and ensuring a positive experience.

Always awesome and definitely worth the investment. Why? There is never a question on “how did this vacuum break down?”. It’s more of “let’s take care of this for you so the rest of the day can be enjoyed”. LOVE DYSON!

Super impressed. I bought a V7 animal pro+ on Facebook, and noticed it had a missing skid plate on the cleaner head. Amazon wanted $21 for the part, and it was going to take over a week to arrive, and I live just down the street from this location, so I decided to give it a try. The guy was extremely helpful, and went to the back room to check for the part even though he thought they didn’t have it. He ended up coming back to me with a used part (in perfect condition) that he pulled from a non working cleaner head. He put it on my unit right there, and sent me on my way with no charge. Score! Definitely would recommend coming here.

Just had my Dyson Air Wrap repaired. It was so easy! Dyson authorized a shipping label and a box. I got information from James at the Utah location about the possible problems and the costs to repair. James was super resposive and helpful. He was clear, concise and thankfully it was a quick and easy repair. I would totally go through this location again. Love my Dyson products! Thank you James!

I love Dyson . I have Dyson for 15 years
And just to come to this place make don’t want to have it anymore all the guys or maybe 2 guys here are the rude person . They treat you awful that make you feel you are stupid ( literally) I’m here now and a lady just need to drop off something and they are taking forever to just do that . And also the way that explain to you stuff I feel they are mad because you bring stuff here
People come to the store and we are 3 here .
Inside there is 3 guys and nobody comes here to make sure anyone need something.
Worst service ever
This is my last Dyson . That I want to deal with it
