Been going to the gym since June and have loved it. The coach's are great and the people & atmosphere are very welcoming. I had never done CrossFit before and was nervous about going, but the gym is a great place to start. Workouts are scaled so you can be a beginner or an Olympic athlete! Everyone can get something out of it. The gym has great schedule options if your life is busy. I've been able to go to classes at 7am, 9 am, noon, 5pm and 6pm.

Love, love, love this place! When I started I was COMPLETELY out of shape. The coaches are amazing and help me so much. I get a lot of personal attention and feel so much better after only one month and I have lost weight. The other members are super nice. It feels like you are part of a family.

I have been doing CrossFit for 10 plus years and have been to several gyms. RxFit is by far my favorite. Trainers are awesome and the community is great.

Great facility with great and knowledgeable staff/trainers. Always willing to modify exercises to fit individual needs. Truly care about their members. Highly recommend.

The coaches are very knowledgeable and able to provide modifications if needed. There is a learning curve in the beginning, however the community and coaches make true health accessible.

I have tried diets and gyms before, but RxFit has actually worked for me. I’ve lost weight and gained muscle. The staff are very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Highly suggested and I hope I see you in class 👍

It has been about 2 months now and I am loving being a part of this gym! The team is great, very welcoming, and happy to meet you where you are at with your skill level and goals. I did their nutritional challenge along with my first 6 weeks at the gym and really enjoyed the extended data that the InBody scanner provides. I could see not only weight changes but could see how much muscle I was building and fat I was loosing. It helped give me lots of good positive reinforcement for my journey with the food since that is a harder part for me.
RXFit has helped me get back into a regular routine for working out and the warm environment and support for my goals provided by the coaches has helped so much. I no longer dread going to the gym or trying to figure out how to get motivated I just know if I show up I will feel good afterwards and have fun!

Love the coaches and the community here! Definitely came in as a beginner, but having the different levels to match where we're at is super helpful, as well as inspiring to see other folks who have been doing this for a while! Looking forward to more workouts!
