I've used Brown Floral for many occasions and have never been disappointed. Excellent quality at a reasonable price. The staff at Brown Floral have gone the extra mile making sure that my orders are delivered even if there's an issue or the recipient isn't home.

We use Brown floral as a florist for our funeral home and have used them personally for dance corsages as well. They do a great job with their flowers, their store is beautiful with a wide selection of products and their staff is always friendly. I highly recommend visiting the store and ordering your flowers for any occasion!

I booked Brown Floral for my wedding reception and they exceeded my expectations! I met with Lindsay and Malia and they worked within my budget to achieve centerpieces, decor and florals for my cake that were exceptional. Lindsay and Malia were easy to work with, professional and absolutely delivered. I gave them a budget, florals I liked and we came up with a color scheme. From there I completely entrusted them with the creative freedom to design. I was WOWED at the beautiful displays and bouquets they created. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

This place never fails to be amazing! I have been in here 3 times and am blown away each and every time. The service is extremely friendly and the arrangements are gorgeous! I will always now come her for anything floral related!

PROFOUNDLY DISAPPOINTING
Way overpriced, no customer service follow-up…a terrible experience.
I appreciate the fact that you are trying to do some damage control and minimize my review, however, there is no excuse for what my wife received. I can assure you JIMMY’S FLOWERS delivers a far more superior product, just as exotic, at the highest quality standards in a vase that can hold more than 3 roses and some baby’s breath!
Although you choose to talk down to me as if I am some kind of idiot, I have been ordering flowers for 40+ years from all points of the world, I know the difference between quality, value and service and being PROFOUNDLY DISAPPOINTED.
The fact remains; you are the overpriced option when ordering flowers.

Upon receiving my call Tracie at Brown Floral went into action to correct an error that was not their mistake. Thank you so much Tracie, for going above and beyond with the beautiful replacement arrangement and the personal delivery of my mother's flowers to the cemetery. Your customer service and caring means so much at such a sad time.

Ordered in the morning for same-day delivery. Easy website to order from, easy to find the information to ensure my time of day to order was going to fit in their specified timeframe for same-day delivery. The order was delivered timely and looked perfect, and I received an email confirmation indicating the order was delivered. It was the first time I've used them, and it was a perfect experience and I'll happily continue to order from them!

Brown Floral did an outstanding job with the florals for my recent September wedding. After an initial planning meeting, I went back and forth with Malia several times to make sure the colors and florals were just right. Malia went out of their way to make sure my design needs were met, were quick to respond to emails, and were able to work within my budget. I had a very specific vision for what I wanted for my florals, and I was blown away by the gorgeous bouquets, garland, and centerpieces that were delivered to the venue on my wedding day. They did the florals for my wedding and they tuned out perfect! I wanted very specific colors and they were great to work with. They let me know my options and really took time to get my vision! Picking up was easy and everything turned out exactly like we had talked about and I had always pictured!
